<< afternoon gives way to early evening. the ocean swells as as the tide rises around the island and the sunset provides a beautifull backdrop against the rotunda and surrounding dwellings around the island.>>
<< while everyone was preparing to journey to the rotunda...some for the first time since they arrived... Karen had received Mike in her wing. Her stern, elegant gaze fixed upon the young man as he was changing, in her room. She may have been Morgan's mother, but she was still a woman and with mike, she found it to be..."acceptable" and "appropriate" to indulge that part of her again.>>
<< still, she was not happy with the idea of Haleigh being in the rotunda, they DID have issues to settle themselves, but it would be more than a little ridiculous to imagine KAREN rolling around on the floor in a catfight with a woman young enough to be her daughter. Karen would handle this in a more dignified way...even going so far as to restrain herself from verbally slicing Haleigh up , at least not until she was plainly provoked.>>
