Pain in Paradise 2

:: Her breath coming in ragged gasps, Sati struggled to calm herself. Already, her right hand was beginning to regenerate (although the lost blood was not). Before her shimmering violet eyes, a scene was beginning to unfold... she watches as Jules emanated a red blast of optic energy which effortlessly obliterated her arm... and then, watching as Jules' eyes began to turn that milky pink again, she dove aside, her speed causing her to become a blur of motion, which enable her to effortlessly allowed her to avoid the beam. Notably paler than usual, yet allowing herself no time to recover, she felt her human guise drop from her... Her hair changing from its usual black or milky chocolate brown, to flowing violet locks, the same colour as her eyes... her skin taking on a luminescent quality that made her look ethereal yet no less beautiful ::

:: Her speed intense, yet her concentration more so, she swooped down upon Jules, bombarding her mind with random thoughts and images, disorienting her and distracting her. Reaching her side a moment later, she concentrated on the ground beneath her... vines of rock entwining her legs, pinning her to the ground ::

"You're not the only one who can blow things up, b!tch!"

:: With an effortless gesture from Sati's left hand, the molecules of the vines began to collide, and vines heating up before, a moment later, they exploded, lacerating her legs completely ::

:: A bright ball of orbs comes to rest behind Blacklight. Allene, after becoming fully formed, raises her eyebrow. He's standing there, doing nothing. Waving her hand, Allene blows up his right hand.::

:: Suddenly disorientated she shakes her head to try and clear her thoughts. Feeling the earth vines entwining her legs she activates her earth amulet and seizes control of some of the vine rocks around her legs, creating a barrier of earth around her legs, so that when the rocks explode they connect with the barrier and not her legs::

'If you wanna play with the earth why didn't you say so.'

:: She activates her earth amulate and the ground starts to shake violently and all of a sudden a grandscale earthquake is taking place and huge cracks start to for. Jules then concerntrates on the magma deep within the earth and lets it erupt from the cracks already formed. She focuses the main part of the magma towards Sati::

In all honesty, I aren't quite following that. If the vines are wrapped around your legs, how do you have a barrier of rock between the vines and your legs? : blush :

OOC: I didnt intend for it to be, just hurt real bad, dont worry since you healed yourself i guess you are kinda ok, also are you going to be healing yourself like that all the time cause it is kinda acting invincable since you can always heal yourself, i think you have healed twice when you were near death :D

:: His eyes still blazing with fire he was prepared to use his new powers, waving his hands a blast of PURE sunlight shot from it traveling at great speeds being the energy of the sun upon impact it would slam into her hard aswell as surely catching her afire ::
 
::Just as Devon completed his yawn, he felt a searing pain on his right hand following with a voice from behind him. Raising his right arm, he sees no hand, but a mass of blood, Devon gave a loud exclaimation as he turned round seeing no one::

"ARGH!!!!! Oh shit... Its one of those witches... How very polite... Explode someone's hand and dissappear... How very GOL..."

::Having said that, his animal talisman's powers worked, and his entire right arm dissapears to be replaced with a gorilla's arm. Devon swings the arm a little, trying to get accustomed to it::

"This will be uncomfortable... Now lets try find that GOL... Must be invisible... A spell would do, but lets have some fun..."

::As he raised his staff, Devon invoked his magics of nature, and began summoning rain. The skys turned dark, and a rain promptly forms. With the water rampant, Devon brought forth his trident, and began emiting electricity from it. >> as she saw his eyes change she knew this couldn't be good. But she couldn't do anything yet as she didn't knew what he was going to do. Before she even knew what was happening she felt pure sunlight burning her flesh. She screamed in pain. But who could here more closely would knoe it wasn't only a scream of pain...... she was chanting. No matter how much pain she was having she still found the strenght to chant one quick spell.<<

"For those who follow the Wiccan Rede,
Bring forth their pain, and times it by three!"

(This spell goes along with the threefold rule of Wicca. When ignited, any GoL that attacks you will feel the pain of their attack three times as worse. The spell lasts as long as your level.)

:: Smiling his hightetned hearing picked up Xavia's chanting, not being fast enough he gasped in pain as he started to feel emense pain, how could the Evil Witch be so idiotic? Using a spell like that on one with Empathic abilties, still gasping for air he could feel the pain emesely, glaring at the MOE his eyes sprakred unnoticably as he transfered his own pain to Xavia using his power of Empathy, as Xavia felt the pain he once again used his empathy to amplifiy the pain keeping the pain to her as her spell only hurt herself ::

Shit. Damned rain.

:: Allene raises her deflection shield, but knows it won't keep her safe or unseen...just the opposite. Sighing, Allene waves her hand, and is once again visible. Her deflective shield still raised, and levitation still going, she superspeeds to Devon, and, grabbing onto his new arm, twists it and pulls back with superstrength. She flips him to the ground.::
 
::Apparently, Devon's little ruse had worked, and the GOL has shown herself. The gol then very obviously supersped to Devon and grabbed his newly made gorrila arm. As Allene attempted to flip him after a twist, Devon decided to try fighting back with strength. He uses his own enhanced strength, added with a gorrila's natural strength, Devon begans to fight back by oulling himself back. To furthur increase his strength, his animal talisman glowed once more, and Devon no longer stood, in replacement of a full sized gorilla. Gorrila Devon then sucessfully pulled his arm away from Allene and promptly followed on by delivering a punch straight on her face, gorrilla and all. As Allene fell with the punch, Devon worked his psyche talisman, and produced a very realistic illusion, just like in real life. The illusion magnifested itself so it seems to Allene that the Devon gorrila had leaped on top of her and frantically delivered punches and scratches all over her. This is the reality Allele sees, while the actual Devon moved back, and reverted to human form while raising his staff in preparation::
 
:: Still levitating, Allene lunges back as Devon turns into a gorilla. Her deflection shield automatically raises, and she is saved from the punch, and then the gorilla jumping on top of her. Still, Allene looks into its face in shock, and even though no harm is coming to her, she flinches everytime its nails come near her face. Pulling her knees up, and Deflection shield still up, she uses superstrength to kick away the gorilla. Rising slowly, she breathes heavily, then raises her hand, freezing Devon in place. Grabbing at the air, she pulls her thunder-staff out.::

" Two can play with fire, my friend."

:: Pounding it on the ground, a bolt of lightning streaks out of the sky and hits Devon full force.::
 
::By the time Allene had removed the visual Gorrila, Devon was well ready. As Allene froze him, Devon had already sent forth a gust of wind which reaches Allene as she froze Devon, AND create a shield. The blast of wind picks Allene up, and blows her several feet back, causing her to fall. The fall also sucessfully diverted her aim, and her bolt of lightning hits a little off, and with his shield up, the lightning becomes harmless::

>> as she found herself in even more pain she knew that in the rush she had forgot something, he was a empath. As she now was in even more pain then before she couldn't think straight anymore. She didn't knew what to do, she only knew that the pain had to stop......as she knew that wouldn't happen soon she just reacted the way that came up in her. She quickly exploded kevin's leg.......she knew that she probably would feel the pain to but she couldn't think of something else at the moment<<

OOC: Grrr I just typed up a HUGELY long post, and then lost it all... so excuse me for having such a short and simple post ;)

BIC

:: Suddenly unbalanced by the magnificient force of the earthquake, she started to fall, to topple into a crack; but at the last moment caught herself on a buffer of wind. As the magma started to spew, she telekinetically raised herself into the air, hovering far enough above the magma to be safe from its intense heat, even though she could still feel a small amount of it. Turning her gaze to the magma, she concentrated... during on the metamorph's own unique gift for the transformations of objects as she changed the magma rising from the earth.... transforming it first into its cooler form, of rock... and then into lumps of metal, much harder for Jules to affect, which she drifted down and landed upon. Flustered by her near miss, her English accent became more pronounced as she spoke ::

"Impressive... I had to think about that one... for a heart beat. Congratulations - don't expect it to happen again."

:: Letting loose her transfiguration and telekinetic reshaping abilities once more, the ground beneath Jules rapidly gave way to quicksand, dragging her down... and once Jules was chest deep in it, which took a matter of seconds, she froze the quicksand over completely, forcing it to become pure, hardened metal, pinning her there in a painfully tight hold... and then, crouching down beside the short space of metal, she sent a blast of mythical flame... First heating the metal to an unbearable intensity, and then turning the flame instead on Jules ::
 
:: Suddenly finding herself sinking into the quick sand, Jules struggles to free herself, then as the sand transforms into metal she turns intangable and levitates out, but not quickly enough to avoid the intensley hot flames burning the bottom of her legs as she becomes tangable again::

'Good....but not quite good enough.'

:: Jules stays levitating, to keep her damaged feet off the ground. She then activates her Sigel Rune, allowing her to use powers one level above her own, while Sati has to use powers one level below hers. (Lasts 4 general posts) Having access to her level 5 powers she creates a perfect clone of herself, the clone has none of her injuries and all of her powers. The clone appears on the opposite side of Sati, so that Sati is in the middle of the two Jules'. The original Jules concerntrates on Sati's healing right hand, and with Jules's hands being crushed she focuses her power through her eyes, speeding up the molecules in Sati's right hand so that it explodes again. The clone Jules, at the same time, raises her arms and gives a flick of her wrists, blowing up the molecules in Sati's left hand::

:: Before the clone dissapears it smirks at Sati and says::

'Now we're even.'

:: As the wind hits her, Allene reacts instinctively by leviating, and she goes high enough that the wind gust blows under her. Seeing the shield, she sighs. Her Chaos Amulet glows a brilliant red, and the shield surrounding Devon fizzles and fails.::

"Please. Now, will you be serious?"

:: Moving her hands, Nicole blows holes in the ground at random places, finally under Devon's feet, hoping to throw him of balance. She then super-speeds, with her arm held out like a bar, and runs past Devon, letting her arm hit him in the neck.::

:: Screaming in pain as his leg blew of he looked down quickly turning away from the blood, he waved his hands conjuring a large bandage that telekineticlly wrapped around the wound slowly stopping the bleeding, still screaming in pain he lefited off the ground by use of Empathy, the evil witch had it coming to her now, his new ice amulet sparked blue as he shot an ice blast at her freezing her legs, at the same time two sais had appeared right next to Xavia, floating behind her back they became charged with white lightening and the other froze over, on impact the lightening charged sigh would shcok Xavia badly as the ice one would send chilling volts into her body hopefully freezing her blood and Heart, knowing the pain the Witch had endured all through-out the battle he doubted she could get past this one ::
 
::As the explosions reach Devon, he regains movement again, only to fall with the impact of the blast::

"Excuse me, you have obviously froze me. What else can i do besides getting ready with a shield? You witches are so predictable..."

::Just as Devon had completed his sentence, Allene dashes towards him in a very high speed. Automatically, his neckband shone, and a telekinetic blast is sent right at Allene, before she could touch Devon, sending her flying several feet back. With her far away, Devon immediately raised his staff, and three consecutive bolts of lightning struck down at her, and he follows on with another blast of electricity straight at her from his trident::

:: Her speed incomparably greater than Jules, she watched in almost slow motion as a clone appeared beside her. Her eyes widened slightly as clone Jules made that all too familiar motion to pointlessly and tactlessly explode some part of Sati's body. With the lightening fast flick of both her wrists both the clone, and the real Jules felt their right hands heating up to an unbearable standard, before, moments later, exploding, showering her in a spray of blood, bone, and gore. Finally, Sati's icy cool slipped a notch, and she felt her temper rising as her eyes blazed with silent fury. Before Jules even had time to react, Sati reached her side, her right hand closing around her neck, choknig the breath out of her in a grip of steel. Her touch drew out Jules' intangibility, and pulled it into herself, leaving Jules unable to simply "phase" through her grip ::

"NEVER try that again... Not only is it ENTIRELY tactless, it is, frankly, POINTLESS and uncreative... which pisses me off to NO end. I HAD been playing with you... Killing you would take baerly a fraction of effort upon my part, even the apparent level switch, yet SOMEHOW I expected more from you than that."

:: She tightened her grip once more, then yanked Jules forward... combining telekinetic force with her own intense physical prowess, drawing her first forward, slamming her directly into the bark of a tree, leaving the tree indented, a crater like pit in the center directly where Jules' body had hit. Without pause, her movements flowing and untrackable, she closed her grip even tighter around Jules' neck, the powerful grip not only choking her, but actually beginning to crack and grind the bone within her neck. The silver fingernails of her right hand extended once more into her poweful, near indestructible claws, and as she hurled Jules away, sending her flying through the air and to the ground hard enough to break bone, the claws slashed deep into the skin of her throat, face, and chest ::

"Playtime's over."
 
OOC: Edited to change the affect of one of the powers Sati used on Jules.
BIC

:: Having access to her level 5 powers, Jules absorbs Sati's explosion power, negating the effect before her hand can explode, leaving her right hand throbbing from the expansion of the molecules, but still intact. As she's crashed into the tree she groans in pain and struggles to breath at the vice like grip at her throat. Before the lack of oxygen can render her unconcsious she activates her Eolh Rune, this is the rune of Repelling evil, it negates Sati's powers making her but a mere mortal.(Last 4 original post) So Jules is able to break the hold Sati has on her throat::

:: Jules then concerntrates on the temperature around Sati's mortal body and heats it to an unbearable degree. The heat hot enough to melt a person::
