Oh! I need an address for Firebird's club, XS. It's never been clearly specified, but it's supposed to be in a "stylish area of the city known for it's night life."

Hell no! I already figured I'll do a map inlay. By cold north I was thinking upstate NY, further north like arctic? If upstate NY I researched this AM and found a perfect place for it. In the mountains and all. I mean... it's a great location.

and I am such a f-in goober.
 
Update!!

The kidney is in GREAT working condition and I'm feeling better everyday...until I go for a walk, and then I'm exhausted when I get back to my hospital room that I don't feel like doing anything but sleep. :p

The docs say that the tentative date to go home is Tuesday, so I'm really looking forward to that. :D I miss my dog and cat. :(

I wish I could give an exact date as to when I can rejoin the game, but I can't. Some days I feel like it'll be this coming weekend because I miss you all so damn much, and other days the reality is that it might be mid-week next week [or even NEXT weekend]. Right now it's touch and go. :confused:

Thanks to all who have been carrying Cass in the recent posts and future posts! :D I really appreciate that. :)

And now, considering I'm only on the first page, I have a lot of posts to catch up on... :eek:

RE: backstories and novellas

Side stories, novellas, and vignettes are a great idea, but Please make sure you reach out to me before you create anything that is to be considered CANNON to the Six if it's going to involve a retcon, or effect OTHER characters besides your own.
 
I have a job interview tomorrow afternoon, so especially tomorrow, my posting will be limited until it's over. FYI. I'll do my best to at least for today make sure people aren't waiting on me.

Hey I just wanted to take a moment to tell everybody what a good job they've been doing with this story. I think we've all had some hiccups and some confusion and lack of understanding during this storyline, so I think it's important to just highlight for a moment - when I read this shit? It's so clear how far all of us have come with our writing. I think any of the snags we've faced...it's because we are all trying to be at the same level as each other and we are all...EXCITED for what's to come...over a DECADE later and we are JUST as excited if not more about our characters and the stories? I mean...that really says something. We are really hitting our stride as writers and it's really fun to see, so I just wanted to have a sisterhood of the travelling pants moment with ya'll and say I am so happy with how shit is turning out, and that no matter what the kinks are, we ALWAYS will find a way to fix them and make things better! :D
