The Dark Forge

:: Rama flew in through the doors of the Forge on his wings and landed in front of the counter ::

"Heya Sati, I need something really special in the form of whole body armor. Think you have some time for this?"
 
:: The Dark Faerie glanced at Sati and sighed. ::

"Well, since Ti won't seem to acknowledge my claws, I'll ask you for something else. Do you have anything like sai's with an element of water...a type of water element power."

:: Desire winked at both Sati and Ti ::
 
:: Devon stood there watching Sati at work, making his staff float and demonstrating the extension of his mace. When Sati returned his staff, it indeed weighed the same. Then Sati returned his mace, warning him about the return effect of the mace::

"Oh don't worry. I've quite adept at this mace. I'm sure it'll be no problem. Thanks alot. Now absolutely no one can steal my staff. Not even other wizards. Thanks again, Take the money, and bye."

::Giving his staff a few swings and twirl, a black spiral forms around Devon with a low rumbling noise and Devon disappears::
 
:: Nodding, she smiled at Jinx's request... she knew just the thing that would be perfect for Jinx's request. She summoned to her a full length steel chain, holding it looped between both hands. Her right hand squeezing the chain lightly, yet with an amazing strength... sending ripples down the metal. Despite what Jinx might have thought, this was not harming the chain, it was simply altering the way they linked together. From both hands, a black glow spread out all over the chain, seeping into every particle of it... not a part of Sati's own transformation magic, but a transferrance of magic from her healing talisman. Having done that, she looped the weighty steel chain around her right hand, dangling it lightly over the ground ::

"Steel chain, as you required... The links of the chain have been adapted to suit your needs. Once they wrap around an opponent, the links click into place... making it EXTREMELY difficult to undo the chain without your command... As an added bonus, the steel is impervious to magic projections - it actually absorbs them into itself, and, in return, sends powerful jolts of electricity to anyone in contact with it - except yourself, of course. 1300 Gil."

:: Lifted by her gaze, a mace and a scythe rose into the air, and, directed by her pin point accurate gaze, then flew towards eachother... slamming together in a mass of black sparks and mist as, before their very eyes, the two began to combine, merging and shaping just as Sati willing them to. Within moments, the sparkling, powerful shape of the hybrid weapon hovered before them, inviting Jinx to take it. One end, the handle, is a versatile scythe... a short steel chain looping from the tip holding the head of the mace itself ::

"The weapon is highly destructive in the right hands... which of course are yours. 1150 Gil."
 
"wow, its amazing Sati take this money and my thanks, This will be very useful in battles, thank you so much.."

::Jinx smiled at her and waved her goodbye, she passed by Desire and Rama and smiled as a greeting for them, Jinx then walks out of DF..::
 
::A woman appears in the Dark Forge. She was literally paper thin until her body expanded ending the faxing.::

"Hello, Sati. I would like to request my previous order of the gauntlets and kneepads we discussed earlier."

::Tamakin pulls out her bag of gil and places it in front of Sati.::
 
"Rama, I have just what you'll need in the back. Hold on there for just a moment, and I'll be right out with you."

:: Leaving the store for a moment, she moved into a side room, which was locked up tight with a seemingly unmovable bolt... with the slight flick of her wrist, it retreated into the wall, and the door swung open. Against the far wall leaned a closet and, opening it, she withdrew a full body armour, moments later picking up an ornate mahogony box in which it could be stored. She returned swiftly to the store, displaying the armour to Rama ::

"Full body armour... A unique and beautiful design, as you can see. While light and flexible for the wearer, it will absorb medium level energy projections of almost any type, for example, water blasts, fire blasts, energy balls, and channels that into a bolt of destructive energy which lashes back at the sender... almost an elemental lightning bolt, I guess you could say. Needless to say, the force of this bolt depends entirely on the attacks absorbed by the armour. Something else which goes without saying is that, naturally, it blunts the effect of physical attacks, and is HIGHLY resistant to the sharp blades of knives and claws. For such protection... and considering who its for.. I would place the price at 4700 Gil.

:: She folded it carefully, placing it gently into the ornate mahogany box, the lid of which she shut with a gentle click, handing it to Kurama in exchange for the Gil ::

"Oh, and by the way... nice wings."

:: Winking at Rama, she turned to Desire, laughing lightly at her comment ::

"We don't have anything like that in yet.. Of course, its only a matter of minutes until I can whip something up for you."

:: Fromm two different cabinets, a pair of white sais flew towards her, skimming through the air past Desire, as they positioned themselves comfortably within her hands, and she tossed them into the air, her gaze pinning them before her. A whirlwind of water began to strike up around them, the water strong but manageable, only a light spray reaching Desire and Sati as the sais were obscured from view in the watery glow. When, moments later, the water faded away into the air, the sais now looked as though they were made from ice... strangely cool to the touch, yet perfectly dry, despite their white frosty glare. She plucked them from the air, demonstrating their unique icy appeal to Desire ::

"These have two effects, really. The first... should you hurl both sais at the ground, one either side of your opponent... they'll stand up straight, quivering slightly, until a whirlwind of water whips up from them, enveloping your opponent completely, and violently (one of opponent's posts). The second use... Should you manage to stab or otherwise pierce your opponents skin with the blades of just one of these sais, water will begin to flow into the wound, and into the blood... acting as an injection of water into the veins, causing INTENSE pain. 1950 Gil."

<< Taryn fades in black-clad in leather, her long black hair hanging past her shoulders, and light emanating from her piercing blue eyes. Her sapphire necklace shines brightly as she takes form and stands looking around at the Dark Forge >>

"I need a weapon, preferably a long sword. But this weapon must be special. I'd like for it to be imbued with ice powers. I'd like to be able to create ice and control it to my will with this sword. I need a price estimation, and I'm pretty sure I dont have the Gil at the moment, but with the estimation I'll see what I can do."
 
:: When Tamakin entered the store, Sati smiled, and withdrew a box from beneath the counter. Presenting it to Tamakin, she opened it, showing her the contents exactly as she had wished ::

"Each of the fingers of the gloves have sharp blades in the lining... which can be extended and retracted upon your command. Within the gloves are sachets of poison - the poison, upon contact with the blood stream of your opponent, will cause them severe pain, and a blinding headache that makes it very difficult for them to move through. The knee pads, made from a matching material, have two inch spikes, which can also inject your victim with the poison. 1100 Gil for the set (Titania will deduct it)."

:: She watched as Taryn entered the Dark Forge, and approached her swiftly ::

"A great choice of weapon... I'd say that a sword, capable of sending out ice beams and freezing items, and to a certain limit people, on contact would be 2200 Gil. I suggest using the bank, you'll have the money in no time."
 
::Tamakin bows to Sati.::

"Thank you Sati as these shall bludegon my opponents excellently."

::Tamakin takes the gloves and kneepads smiling. She places them on very quickly and takes the change back.::

"I shall be back. See you at various places in this land."

::Tamakin becomes paper thin exiting the forge::

:: The Dark Faerie handed the gil to Sati and took the sais. ::
 
::Jinx simply walks in to the shop..She smiled to Sati::

"Hello again, I've come up with an interesting idea of a weapon. Do you have a flaming sword that delivers heat wave when hurled?, Of course, the sword should not be consumed by it and it shouldn't hurt or burn me... I like the sword to have an added power like when you stab or cut a wound on an enemy, it should automatically burn the wounds considering that it was surrounded by flames , I was wondering if you have these.."

::Jinx anxiously waited for Sati to reply..::

:: Rama nods as Sati leaves and then smiles as she brings out his special order. He nods as he hears the effects ::

"Absolutly perfect, they will love it. Here is the gil"

:: He hands Sati the gil and then winks at the comment of his wings ::

"Why thank you, and nice claws btw"

:: With that Rama spins and leaves in a flash of crimson light and rose petals ::
 
:: Euthalia shimmers in with a large smile. She walked towards Sati. Looking around the shop in awe::

"Hello there, Sati oh and belated congratulations on becoming a mastrix. I was hoping I could come to collect my previous order that you said you would have."

:: she waited eagerly. ::
 
"Welcome back, Jinx..."

:: Her violet eyes sparkling with something akin to amusement, Sati smiled, welcoming Jinx back into the Dark Forge ::

"Thats not a problem... elemental weapons seem to be the order of the moment, and for good reason... We all know how destructive the elements can be. A sword like that is especially powerful... and for that reason, I would price it at 2150 Gil... Do you still want to purchase it?"

"Euthalia, I have your order in the back room... I'll be back with you in a second."

:: Within the literal space of a second, Sati moved over to the back room, entered it once more, and withdrew an ornate mahogony box... with the familar "Dark Forge" logo embossed onto the front. She moved back swiftly into the shop, and deposited the box on the counter ::

"I think it has everything you asked for... In perfect, brand new, condition.. of course. 1950 Gil."
 
::Jinx was so happy, she could actualy jump in joy,, but of course she wouldn't 'cause it will be inappropriate..She smiled widely to Sati..::

"Yes, please.. I would still purchase it.."

::Jinx waited for her item in extreme excitement..::
 
"Thank you, I really appreciate it."

:: Euthalia smiled and shimmered out of the store, the bag in hand. ::
 
:: a man, dressed in black leatherstyled clothing walked in, taking off his sunglasses as he looked aorund. he saw a few happy customers, and concluded this must be good shop.
Looking at the displayed items he admired the craft, though the prices intimidated him... as he walked to the counter, trying to keep a low profile as he knww what he was doing was close to begging::

"Hi...do you erm..happen to have any kind of weapon laying back there...for a low price?"

::he looked at the money in his hand...about 20 gil::

"Erm..a very low price....like something you were planning to get rid of anyway?
 
:: Lifting a long, shapeless metal sword from a rack, she moved over to a worktable, placing it down gently on it. She focused her attention on the shapeless form of the sword, willing it to change shape... and placing her right hand on the sword, it began to heat up, until it was glowing red, even Jinx could feel the heat radiating off from it. Finally, as the red glow faded, the sword could be seen in perfect shape... the edges smooth and perfectly sharp, tapering to a delicate point. The hilt of the sword was ten inches long, red jewels embedded in the the metal. Lifting the sword, she spun it through the air slightly, and as it chopped through the air, the sword began to glow with red, an obvious feeling of heat emanating from it ::

"Exactly as you wanted it... I think you'll find that everything's in perfect condition there. As I said before... 2150 Gil. Enjoy."

:: Winking, she boxed the sword and handed it over to Jinx ::

:: Her violet eyes twinkling as she watched Neo enter, Sati smiled slightly ::

"20 Gil is a little below our normal price range... a pair of ordinary throwing stars would cost 30 Gil... If you want to make a little Gil quickly, I suggest using the bank."
 
:: he smiled back at Sati ::

"Yeah..sorry..I had gathered the suual pricerange would be higher....at least a dozenfold higher, just thought I'd ask anyway. Being new in town and all.
The bank, eh? Yeah...didn't know about that. Thanks for the tip."

:: he grinned again before he turned around::

"I'll stop bothering ya now...and don't worry..next time I come back..I'll bring some actual cash...instead of wasting your time."

:: he put his sunglasses back on and walked outside, closing the door behind him::
