[The Doctor]

Can someone explain to me how it is that Wiccan and Speed even exist when Master Pandemonium reabsorbed them a long time ago? I just can't seem to wrap my head around the idea that they are still alive when clearly they should still be a part of Pandemonium. Did it have anything to do with the House of M reality bringing back those who were dead to life? (i.e., Proteus for example?)

Or was it something else like The Uni-Power's mysterious energy fluctuations or the Tenth and Fifth incarnations of The Doctor meeting in "Time Crash?" Because I just cannot seem to wrap my head around the idea that these two are still alive but just in more unique looking forms.

[Black King]

it was explained in Young Avengers. When Wanda created her children she used fragment of souls of Mephisto. When Mephisto came back to claim what was his the change wanda put in them cause the souls to be blown free and into sepreate couples where they were given birth to leading to Wiccan and Speed.
