i'm so sorry heather. :( i know how much you loved her. i wish you well hun. :(

and, woo vegas! i want to go there so badly, i'm totally jealous. lol

and just a reminder, in a month i'll be heading over to LA. :D:D:D:D:D to rape me some hottie soap hunks! i'm counting down the days baby!
 
due to recent events...I'm just going to push the story ahead. and Sam, we may have to SHELVE our plans for the next storyline unless i can get a full cast on.
 
you should already know what to do. i set the scene with ORACLE a page back for Blackout and Malice just stepped in to help her. its your turn to post anyway. with MorningStar out of action and Foxfire as well, i'm just going to fast forward things this changes EVERYTHING of course but life happens so it cant be helped.

i'm not talking about right now, i know what i need to do as blackout. i'm talking about the events afterwards...that leads into the next storyline.

and sorry that i wasn't able to post eariler. i literally had to make a crap load of banners for this boards that my friends opened up.
 
I should be back on during the weekend or so. I've worked things out with J, while other new obstacles have arisen. Jess has joined the Army, she'll be shipping off to basic training soon, once she takes a physical. She scored extremely well on the Army test. I'm having to deal with this...which is hard because I'll have to go without talking to her for two months. (This is what caused the argument the other night)

But I'm acclimating to this new environment....I guess...*Remembers to think of Farrah's advice* In two, ten, or five years this won't matter.

okay here's the deal: im kind of irritated with the way things have gone right now...this was one of our best storylines and it's been tripped up by some personal events. now i know "LIFE HAPPENS" and i understand that. i think part of the problem is that there arent enough ACTUAL players and some of us have to do double time by doing more than one character.

this is what's going to happen:

MorningStar and Foxfire are shelved for the remainder of this story. If no one else posts in a reasonable time frame, then i'll have no choice but to "auto pilot" the story and close it. a truly unfortunate way to wrap up an otherwise GREAT storyline but i already play enough characters as it is and its pretty silly that ONE person (through several characters) should carry a story through.

Secondly, the plans that i had for the next storyline are shelved until i can figure out who is here and who isnt. NO storyline will begin until we have a new cast firmly in place. I can tell you right now that one person has already be cast....and with what i suspect will be Vilandra's departure from the "full time cast", there will be an additional spot opening...leaving a total of TWO spots on the "core" team to be filled.



because so many players are busy and/or going on vacation in the near future....once this storyline is finished, we will not resume playing until i have a new cast FIRMLY placed.

the audition between Olivia and Titania has fallen FLAT and I'm EXTREMELY dissapointed by it.

May, I ask why Fox is being shelved? I informed you last night I was returning, I've worked my dilemma out. I came back to continue this storyline.
You know I'm always on board, and if you have a delay from me its because I had been waiting for Guardian to post (before all my drama started).
If you need someone to spar with Olivia I'm up for it. I think it would be more appropriate seeing as Fox's powers are of fire and Siren's of water. But, I don't want to intervene unless Lexi feels she cannot continue.
 
i gathered that you were going through a difficult time. i of all people knows how it is to lose someone you care about. it wasnt until this morning (after i had made my descision) that i saw your UPDATE on your situation.

the battle between Blackout and "the team" could have been alot more fierce that it was, especially when Malice joined but that didnt happen.

Vilandra is busy and you said yourself you were in a bad way and i figured rather than have you feel like you HAD to come back soon, i'd just give you a break until you informed me you were ready to come back.

now if you feel you can come back this weekend, then thats fine.

as for the audition, i think i may just close it. surprisingly i've seen enough of Olivia's character to know that i like her and i like her ability.
 
okay, well here's an update with me:

we're leaving friday, and we'll be checked in sometime saturday. elizabeth doesnt dance until tuesday so I should be able to make posts until at LEAST then. Maybe not in full capacity, but at least once a day [very late evening], i should say. now, wednesday we'll be leaving for the Grand Canyon/ Lake Mead part of the trip, and I'm fairly confident I wont be able to post during THAT time, but Dad has to be back for work saturday so in reality... I dont think i will be truly 'gone' for very long.
 
I'm up for it. You'll have to edit though or let me know how to proceed. :angel:
 
Bah, i'm slightly pissed, but oh well. Life is more important than a RPG. lol.

I just need to talk to you on YIM about the turn in events now Farrah, so I know exactly where to go with Blackout in this battle. I'll stay signed on so just IM me whenever you get online.

Heather, please edit the end of your post. Foxfire should not be trying to heal Alison in this instance. i have plans for where this needs to go as we seguey into the next story.

Oracle has provided the outcome ...and the characters should be REACTING..not try to change it.

Okay I edited to ADD to my post. I didn't want to delete my actual post where she was trying to heal Alison. I wanted that to stay, but I did have Blaze realize Alison is gone.

i'm LOVING this new av for ORORO! what do you all think? i think it conveys the stern elegance that she is known for as she appears in Limbo.

attention everyone, let us welcome Rampage & [/b]Olivia Wilde[/b] to our midst. they have joined the core cast as Rampage & Siren.


we will have some other members coming aboard to play reoccurring roles as well.

MorningStar is NOT dead, she's simply being written out as having gone on a private sabbitical to recover from events as of late. Vilandra will be welcomed to reprise her if she has the time and wishes to do so. I'd like to THANK Vilandra for joining us as long as she did. It was great being able to rp with her again..like the old days in ADA :nod:
