I just saw Lexi's edited post. So we're deleting the gas section? If so - then I'll have to edit too. I guess I'll just go ahead and edit mine now, removing the gas section.

I was going to post after Karen...except that I figured if we can't move or think there's really no point lol...
 
hey girls... the prodigal daughter returns, lol.

ive been absolutely swamped lately... now that ive finished with both my stage check and my aerodynamics test, the load has somewhat lightened. I have my propulsions test wednesday and a meteorology test tomorrow, but after that i have spring break so ill have a MUCH needed break.... maybe then i can come on back, lol. sorry i went MIA... but ill be back later this week.
 
Woo - good luck Lexi. :raspberry :angel: Not that you'll need it or anything, you'll pass each of your tests easily.


I started work today at the Law firm. And let me say its so dramatic LOL! Seriously one of the lawyer shops online instead of seeing clients. :sleep2: :raspberry The lawyers there are skanky with their tight business suits, I can't help but chuckle under my breath.

Anyway I'll be working from Mon. through Thurs. from 2pm to 8pm. And Sundays from 9/10am to 2/3pm. My hours will change again after tax season most likely mon. through fri. But right now I'll have Fri. and Sat. off.

So I'll have plenty of time to post here. :angel:
 
And i'm back. Well my internet's up atleast. Let me just say....i've died and gone to hell. This place is absolutly horrible and I need to get the hell out of here. LOL. July can't come soon enough.

Anyhow, i'm still unpacking and gotta do some stuff around the house to help the family, but aside of that, I should be able to post. It's going to be pretty hectic here for another couple of weeks, so just bare with me. :)
 
aww vil :( it sounds like most of us have been involved in something or other ..be it school, work, moving or health issues. i know ive been very ill the last week and im on the mend now. So even though we are kind of on a necessary hiatus, i'm confident that we'll be able to pick up where we left off. :) after all, we have no one to please here but ourselves.
 
Any idea when our hiatus is finished? Or are we just "going with the flow?" :confused:
 
well the person who needs to post immediately is Lexi. Karen and Haleigh are conducting an analysis on the members of the Six.

after that, things will move along to the last part of this story.
 
Alright guys! I am here! I know it seems like I fell off the face of the Earth and I actually did..

Been dealing with some TERRIBLY pressing financial matters at the moment.. and my car brakes went OUT in the parking lot of BORDERS and I almost hit someone.. $534 later they are fixed... *sighs*

And plus I have kind of been neglecting the boards because of a new certain someone in my life, kind of selfish yes, but eh.. i'm crazy about him ;)

I think since this thread is so far along I can just wait until the next storyline or what.. whatever, just let me know ;)

car repairs are always a bitch...i know how draining they can be based on a past car i once had.

the story is moving slowly because everyone is either busy working, moving, being sick (me) or just going through personal things BUT it is nice to give us an update here in OOC when you can.

a new thread is about to start and you can join in with that playing thread.
 
new playing thread is up. everyone fill free to involve yourselves in whatever way you want. its more of a filler until we get to the last thread of this storyline so it wont be too long.

I offered some sort of explanation for Jasmine, I hardly believe chemical warfare would affect her system. I can always edit my post, but I thought it added a nice twist - like Melrose Place. :nod: :p
 
well im back again.... things are still busier than i expected but hopefully by monday things will stabilize and i'll be on consistantly...

I wish i could say its cuz im having a blast on spring break... but just the opposite really... we couldn't get a room until NEXT weekend, so that's when ill be doing my real 'spring breaking' -- a week after SB is over, LOL.

We ALMOST found THE horse for my sis... and we went to spend time with it every day this week... but unfortunately, though none of us are quite SURE how it happened, he threw my sister off and she got knocked unconscious... and after a trip to the ER and the WHOLE ordeal, which is WAY more excitement than i signed up for, we have regretfully decided to pass on the horse and continue looking. She's okay, thank heavens, she only has a mild concussion... but it was the most horrible thing i think ive ever been through... i can't describe the stark terror of someone telling me my sister was knocked out and finding her still unconscious in the arena, and nobody can tell me quite what happened. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

It seems I can post in the OOC thread, but not the Midnight playing thread. Everytime I try, I keep getting the message I posted.

I have an AOL broswer but I used Internet explorer for this site. Otherwise when I use aol it kicks me offline when I try to view this site.

I have no idea what's going on, maybe its the stormy weather outside affecting. Luckily, I saved my post on my computer. Once I can actually "post" everyone can read it.
