Special Announcment:
To begin with, I would like to announce Coven Wide Promotion! this means that All RETURNING Members from Generations of War who were Level One or higher have now been promoted ONE LEVEL up!
effective immediately! This is one of our many ways of saying THANK YOU for sticking with us through our time of transition and changing faces over the last few months.Appointments:
Sati, formerly known as Faithless/Psychosis from Charmed:Generations and Generations of War has been appointed our newest Dire Wraith to join myself and Titania in the latest line up. Blacklight, has now become our first Force Captain, helping to oversee the training and development of our members. Ikaris, has now permanently joined Masters of Evil and has become our first Dominion, the updated version of an Evil Incarnate/Male counter part to a Dire Wraith.
Let us all congratulate each of these members on their appointments and make them feel welcomed in their new positions!
Important Changes:
Youll notice immdeiately that this Coven, along with The entire game and the board that host it have been upgraded and redesigned. Please feel free to tour the new open areas of The Rage of War, Masters of Evil as well as TruCalling to see just how much has changed. It is our goal to be as up to date both in features and visual appeal as we possibly can.
The Masters of Evil has experienced critical changes that will make your gaming experience both simplified, more rewarding and more appealing.
For starters: the Generic MoE power table has been abolished. All members/character types now opereate with a power table/level ladder designed specifically for his/her own training. We now operate on a level ladder system of Trainee thru Level 6 with a special surprise for those who demonstrate exemplorary performance while rising the ranks. The power tables for every character type have been carefully updated and revamped to provide more power, range, creativity and appeal...moreover, we have introduced several new character types: including: water type sirens, fallen angels, gladiators (for males only), typhoids, and many more in addition to the significant upgrades the original character types have undergone.
ALL RETURNING members, Level 2 and HIGHER can now receive tailsmans retro active to your level. Originally, you were only given tailsmans at level 1 and level 4 but NOW with our new system, you receive a tailsman at EVERY level promotion.... so all of you who have returned to us, and were level one or higher can now receive the tailsmans you might have missed at previous levels before. This will help to compensate for the seeming "loss of power" that comes with the removal of the generic power table. Furthermore, items purchased at Illustra or any other speciality shop in our Midnight Plaza are now allowed to be used MULTIPLE TIMES instead of the "one time/per battle" rule we once had.
Midnight Plaza, the collection of boutiques has been completely redesigned, and is NOW The Blaque Diamonds Collection, taking glamor and material aquisition to a whole new level as only Madonna could inspire us
come see our regal new boutique for familiars, Blaque Kat, that is a far cry from ANYTHING you saw before and is hosted by our Dominion, Ikaris; as well as are unique and innovative salon Mirror, Mirror!, Hosted by our own Ms. Rachel, where you can change your looks in more ways than one. Classic favourites like Illustra hosted by Mistress Farrah and the Atlas Tavern will be returning as well as a brand new store for enchantments and evil charms. Midnight Plaza is ALSO the place where you will go to request Tailsmans from this point on...as the Infernal Keep is now housed with in the exclusive cluster of boutiques and other social attractions.Gil and The Bank

Where all of our important information threads are housed....has been completely updated to showcase the newly revamped character types and their power tables, the newly organized tailsmans as well as introducing 3 new tailsmans, all designed by members of MoE; the newly organized and defined enchantments/evil charms and most notably...The Darkhold, the book of spells that is the ENVY of other covens every where, has been completely organized and gone through language updates to make it more user friendly and effective. ALL members are advised to go through the Oracle's Lair in its entirety to see what changes have been made and how you can make the most of them.
General Operations
The Basic premise of the Masters of Evil has remained the same......we are dedicated to the complete DESTRUCTION of our foes, the Crusaders of Power. but this is a new time and space.....and its time we upped the stakes. All members are advised to read the "Overview threads" located in the main open forum of MoE. as this is our ressemabling meeting, you are welcomed to pose any questions you may have here as well as your comments and feedback but upon the CLOSE of this meeting, all questions are to be posted in the Crone's Cave in the question thread that most fits the nature of your question. *upon reading this initial post for this meeting, ALL RETURNING members MUST report to the thread entitled "Returning Members". Follow the instructions for answering that roll call so that we may ensure everyone is listed in our new roster, and receives their due tailsmans
New Policies for the whole of The Rage of War
In accordance with the staff of Trucalling boards, The Staff of The Rage of War has agreed to take a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY to the following offenses:
1) Harrasment/Defamation-- this is defined as bashing/disrespecting a member out of character anywhere on this board in any forum, including PMs. taking supposedly "in character" fights OUTSIDE of designated fighting forms, intentionally causing strife on the boards by spamming, spreading lies, rumours or causing a member to feel unwelcomed by hostile remarks/posts is harrasment WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and if you are found to be doing this, you will be BANNED from this game and this board immediately...NO EXCEPTIONS.
2) Spying/Double Accounts-- this is both CHILDISH and needless. With the upgrades performed on this board, it is now possible for the admins of Tru Calling and the staff of TRoW to conduct thorough and precise IP checks and these WILL take place every month. ANY member found to have an account in BOTH covens , or is caught passing information about one coven to a member of another will be removed from this game and BANNED from this board immediately...NO EXCEPTIONS
3) Inactivity- Inactivity is now defined by the following parameter: if you request access to a coven and are granted that access, but you do NOT post any thing meaningful within a MONTH's time, you will be REMOVED from the entire game, lose access to even the public forums of TRoW and will NOT be considered to receive access again. Members who join to simply "lurk" ARE NOT WELCOMED and we WILL do monthly sweeps of both covens to compile lists of those to be removed..and each month, those members found to have been inactive WITHOUT having contacted a leader from their side VIA pm or in some other way will be permanently removed. if you are going on a prolonged leave of absence, at least do us the courtesy of telling us so that your coven members and leaders do not come to expect anything from you during that time. EXCESSIVE departures from the game will also result in your being removed for i will be assumed that you do not have the sufficient time/inclination to continue in the game.
4) Inappropriate activity--Coming here with the express purpose to "stalk" a member, hack the board, steal information/designs/ideas or anything of the sort will NOT be tolerated and WILL be dealt with. TruCalling, has always had a reputation of being a board FREE of the "nonsense" that has plagued some other highly popular boards around the net. We have been "hacker free" since day one and we intend to remain that way. ANY member, who has been found out to be involved in any activity designed to compromise the security of this game OR it's host, Tru Calling will be permanently banned by their IP address form this entire board.
