I realized that the Wiki somehow is making it so that when you quote a post that had quotation marks in it, the quotations marks are removed from the quote.
So I've opened a bug report with the Wiki developer.
So until they get back to me (and fix it) I can disable the Wiki, which will make the quotes work properly, or we can deal until they fix it. If anyone feels strongly, let me know!
