Loki listens to Christy's speech and nods at several of her points.

"Tell me my dear, what possible use would you have for the gem. I haven't even begun to fathom all of its secrets though there appears to be some sort of Chronal energy tied to it as well as an almost intellegence."

While he is speaking, Loki begins to weave flowers together forming a woven crown of flowers that he places on Christy's head.

::Ti's mystic look, as she is staring off at the glades to in front of them, falls to a more solemn countenance... she looks down at her lap, at then her dark eyes settle on Loki, as he places the crown on her head.::

"One of those people, whom I do trust and would NEVER let down, has fallen to a different Gem... My sources inform me that we need other Gems to release him from his 'imprisoinment'. And so I have a proposal. To kick off our "Partnership", we shall start off with something simple, and next to near no commitment, on your part, at least. You allow me to use the Gem to save my good accomplice... and I will give you a tour of my world... and I'm sure I know of a certain Hellfire Club you might enjoy."

::Ti knows she is on the clock here, and she wonders vaguely why she has gotten no signal by now... and then she wondered if the three "baddies" she left her crew with did their job... no, it couldn't be... could it? Ti needed to know... she need to know what adjustments she would have to make... if her crew was dead... she would have to abandon her current plan, which was to successfully lead loki away, and then engage him in battle the last few minutes to distract him from Brenthon and the others acquiring the gem... and she would have to forge ahead to get the gem herself...::

::she immediately decided to appear to Brenthon, and find out what was up... she Astraled to the room where he was... but not like a regular astral... this was a projection only he could see, and only he could hear, as an Evil Incarnate. in the midst of the battle, lightning struck outside a great window, and lit the entire room, scattering the shadows in even the darkest corner... it was there in that darkest corner, for the brief instant that the lightning struck, that Brenthon saw a near ghostlike image of Ti looming with an almost angered look on her face.::

"Brenthon!"

::her voice trickled into his ears like the whispering of the wind through a prarie... calling his attention, but not distracting him away from the danger in front of him..::

"What are you still doing here?! I was expecting you to be done with these indigent fools already! Ike is slipping away every second! I KNOW you can defeat these idiots, I KNOW you can find it! I am a great actress, I know, but it can only last so long...not just that... I am beginning to believe what I am proposing to him is ACTUALLY a good idea...."

::that should light a fire beneath anyone's ass, for if Ti thought it was a good idea, she might actually go through with it... and then they would have a whole new ball game to play...::

"I am currently attempting to acquire the gem through his permission... while you and the others continue to try getting it through force... if I succeed first, I'll let you know immediately, so you can get these guys out of here... we shouldn't have let them come in the first place.... this is far too dangerous a mission."

::the real Ti still sat, looking at Loki... she tilted her head softly to the side in that way women do, an inquiring look on her face...::

"So... what say you?"

:: Devon was indeed well shocked when the axe appeared on his hand. Fortunately for him, he managed to drop it on the floor and not on any other part of his body, and even proceeded on with the curse. Devon then noticed Amy doing her atatck on the executioner as well, and hoped her illusion would work. Somehow, the big thing seemed bent on destroying Brenthon. Focusing on his magics, Devon created the strongest magical barrier he could create between the executioner and Brenthon only appearing just intome to take the executioner's wild swing. Of course, the executioner's strength is amazing, so much so that Devon while sustaining the barrier some distance away actually fell to his knees when the blow hit the barrier. This caused him to lose concentration and drop the barrier.::

"Oh Shit..."

::Immediately, Devon thought he should try doing what Amy did earlier on. Creating another illusion with his Psyche talisman, Devon attempted to continue with where Amy left her illusion. The illusion to the giant apparently shows that he had managed to hit Brenthon, sending him flying across the area. He hears a thud of realistic sound effect, while augmenting it with his natural powers to create audio hallucinations to make it even more realistic that Brenthon had been sent flying. However, apparently the sorcerress Amora shouts at him in an angry tone "HEY! What do you think you're doing you big ugly oath?! Get AWAY from my man!" Of course, the executioner will hear it like how Amora would speak when angry.::

OOC: Devon, you blinded the executioner, how is he going to see the illusion? Can you edit to make it only heard rather than seen?
That is the way I am treating Amy's illusion, auditory rather than visual.

BIC:

Loki looks at Christy and holds out his hand to her. As she takes it, he looks exceedingly pleased with himself.

"I think that perhaps we should continue the discussion elsewhere."

They vanish to reappear in Loki's home amid the battle. Taking everything in, Loki turns to Ti and with a wicked grin, "Darling, if you want the gem so badly then kill your servants for me. They are destroying my home and annoying me greatly. Kill them and I swear by Those Who Sit Above that I will give you the gem."

Ti might not appreciate the oath that Loki was swearing but in using it, he was binding himself by the Gods that came before the Asgardians. However he never mentioned when or how he might give her the gem, trying to cover his bases.

The Executioner continues to stumble around searcihng for Brenthon. The illusionary voices are distracting him, making it even more difficult. He would proveto Amora once and for all that HE was the man she should choose. Perhaps she would understand once he presented her with the Gypsy's head.

OOC: Actually, i was already making it for him to hear only... Ah well... I'll edit it to make it clearer.

*She looked at Devon and smiled, continuing on with her audio hallucinations but this time changing her plan a bit. She created several voices in the Executioner's mind, hopefully to give him such a headache he wouldn't be able to concentrate at the same time giving him memory lapses to speed up the process.*

"He's a big man, but he's going down one way or another."

Editted to take out Odin :)

OOC: Amy hon, a couple of points, does the evil mutant really want to be summoning the Highest of the Asgardian Good Gods to battle while sitting in his back yard as it were? Summoning him would get the actual God here in Asgard, not the projection or spirit self that you would get on Earth. Commanding the King of the Gods in his own realm might not be the healthiest choice.

Point 2: Where is there going to be room for a horse? LOL. Its a large room yes, but not that large. Think about the size of a extra large living room filled with people. PS. Odin's Horse Sliepnir(I think that is the spelling) has eight legs and is larger than a Clydesdale, lol. ;)

OOC--> Oh... Clydesdales... BIG horses. REALLY Big. :D

::Ti smiled softly, and took his hand as he offered it, nodding to accept his idea of continuing their conversatoin in a different location... she did not seem offput by the sudden eruption of chaos around them... in fact, she seemed to greatly enjoy it, with a twinkling in her eye, as she watched the destruction develop... she listened to Loki offer a different proposition-- her crews lives for the gem.... she did not flinch when he swore by 'those above'... nor did her countenance change, she was outwardly unaffected... but never-the-less... she did not especially like the involvement of "those above"... By that as it was... that was not what was turning the gears in her head, as she watched her comrades fight for their lives... she was clearly deep in thought, in analyzation of what he asked her to do.... to say that Titania, the great Rage Demon Supreme, loved all these MoEs present would be a violent and unrealistic stretch of the imagination... there were FEW Ti even CARED about, in that sense of the word, for Ti used the verb 'love' VERY carefully. She had loved Julian. He left her behind, faded into her past, along with Paris, whom she'd also loved dearly. A great turmoil developed within her at the loss of her lover and her near-sister, she smited all those who regurgitated the cliche "Tis better to have loved and lost..." with a vengeance... for she neither believe the saying to be true nor did she ever care to hear it preached to her again. But there was something now that made her hesitate to kill her comrades, and this had nothing to do with them at all. In fact, this, like most things with Ti, was all about Numero Uno. #1. Titania. She turned to face Loki with a "No ifs ands or buts" tone about her and spoke in a firm voice, explaining herself and speaking her mind.::

"No, I will not. My Subordinates trust me with their lives... these are the people I lead into battle. These are the people whom would sacrifice their life to save mine if i asked them to. You now ask me to prove my alliance to you by pulling a switch on my MoE followers? How can You, Loki, trust ME after you watch me betray them? It would be a decimation of my reputation and I will not comply. Ask me to do almost anything else, and I will, but I will not cripple myself in the future by bruising my rep, you cannot ask of me that. Ask me to remove them from your household, and I will. Ask me to purge them from your realm, and send them home, and I will. But double-cross my crew? A traitor, you cannot ask me to become. If we become partners, you, one day, will reach a point wher eyou must trust me with everything you have. It's all about trust sweetpea... In MY book... Treachery will get you ERASED. From time, space, and reality. You betray me, and I will have you... disappear. I am no hypocrite, just as I am no Sell-out. I want the Gem badly... and i will do whatever is in good taste and within my power to acquire it.... while that is a whole hell of a lot... that does not encompass things such as what you have just suggested. My offer still stands... but my patience wears threadbare, fair warning."

::Ti was not BSing Loki now, and anyone who was paying attention could tell. It was straight up business at present, she was not softening any fallout nor was she beating around any bushes. She shot straight for the hip and let him know everything he needed to know to make his next move.... business was like a game of chess to Ti... and she would treat it just like that... put him in Check now, Aim straight for a Check Mate....::

Rama's mental blast puts him in contact with Malkaeth's mind, the very act of which leaves him feeling unclean. The Dark Elf's thought processes were alien and strange to begin with, as the lust spell was still affecting him, they made Rama wish for nothing more than a shower.

Malkaeth continues to try to grab at Rama, but with little success. He simply cannot make his hands and arms respond properly to his wishes. He begins to wail with frustration and anger, his voice raising octaves until it begins to reach ultrasonic frequencies. The sonic waves create a a feeling of vertigo in Rama as well as Sati, dizziness slamming into them disrupting their concentration.

OOC: Actually, i think when the summoner talisman was created, the Odin was more like after the Final Fantasy version of Odin instead of Norse legends... Considering how there's things like Ifrit and Shiva and stuff...

::Admidst the fighting, and even whilst they were about to bring down the excutioner, Devon noticed that Loki and Christy had once again appeared in the battle field. Devon knew that now that they were here, things would be quite different. Looking at their expressions, Devon could more or less figure out what Loki wanted Christy to do even though he couldn't hear them speak. He trusted Christy enough to know she would not do anything to hurt them, but at the same time wondered how she was going to get out of it.::

This could be bad...

::Meanwhile, Devon focused his attentions back on the executioner, who has been furthur bewildered by Amy. Deciding that the executioner was confused enough, Devon decided it was time to attack. Focusing his magics on the executioner's legs, Devon ensnare it to the ground, stopping him from moving. Devon then swung out his mace, and with a fling, the spikes flew right out, and headed for the executioner's neck. Blind, confused and immobile, the executioner have rather no means of escaping the spikes which automatically flew for the weakest point. As the spikes pierced through his neck, it magically grew in length, till the spikes were so huge it completely pokes out of the executioner's neck, slitting his throat and spilling blood all over the place. To finish it off, Devon focused on the already injured neck, and accelerating the molecules around of of the neck, Devon explodes the executioner's neck, in an attempt to severe his head completely.::

EDITED: Well, apparently i got too carried away... Sorry...

:: Rama suddenly felt unclean as he entered Malkaleth's mind. He needed a bath and fast, but he had to continue and worry about cleanseing later. Rama realizes his mistake in taking out the elf's hand-eye corordination as his head is pummled by loud sonic sounds. Rama moans in pain. He becomes dizzy and begins to topple around on his feet. This confusion reminds him of the one thing that could put a end to this wailing. With just a single thought Rama activates his Abnormality talisman and uses its powers to transform the elf into a potted plant. Rama sighes with relief and TKs it off to the side where it won't be destroyed. Rama looks up to see Loki and Christy have returned. Accidently overhearing some of Christy's thoughts, Kurama wonders if he is one that she cares for as they had each other back when they both first joined MoE around the same time ::

Devon then tapped into the emphatic powers of his Psyche talisman, to furthur worsen the executioner mindset condition by manipulating his emotions, making him feel absolutely sad, helpless and dejected. To blend in with the audio illusions he had been receiving, the executioner now feels like he has been rejected by his love, convincing him even furthur that this was the whole truth, and that Amora in no way likes him. Loki shakes his head almost sadly.

"Then my dear, if you choose your associates over godhood, you'll simply have to join them in death."

Power flares star bright from Loki's hand as he casts his spell. As fast as Ti might be, here in his home, Loki remains master. The explosive blast of magick sends her flying across the room to land near the window. A large and stony paw grabs her by the shoulder as the gargoyles from outside enter the room. Harder and stronger than any rock from the mortal realms, the gargoyles could pose a serious threat to many of the MoE. Loki vanishes in a flash to reappear next to Brenthon with a very long and very sharp looking sword.

The God of Evil snarls at the dazed and helpless Gypsy as a dome of magical power covers them sealing them away from any interference. Let the rest of the mortal fools die at the hands of his "pets", this one he would relish killing himself. There was no doubt in Loki's mind that Brenthon played a major part in Christy's refusal of his plans.

Outside the dome, Amora decides that a hasty retreat might be in her best interest at the moment and vanishes in a flash of green light.

Brenthon having been cut off from Amora's enchantments slowly begins to regain his senses in time to see Loki swinging the sword down at his head. Brenthon raises his arm in a futile attempt to ward off the blow. The chime of metal against metal is enough to make Brenthon open his eyes.

Loki's sword has been stopped in midstrike by another. The newcomer wears a hooded cloak that hides his or her features from view. Brenthon is dumbfounded at his good fortune, knowing that he had been staring his death in the face. The deep breath that he took in relief is lost as the figure speaks and the voice is like a gut punch to the Gypsy.

"Hold, Loki! He is under MY protection, God of Evil. I won't let you harm him."

Even before her hood falls back, Brenthon reels under the knowledge of who has saved him.

A ragged whisper escapes him as the woman's cloak falls away.

"Danielle"

:: Rama regains his senses he looks around seeing his move worked. He being done could go off to find the jewel. He gave a look to Christy and a quick private message to her ::

Chris, make sure the others finish, I am going to look for the gem!

:: Rama takes off in flight on his wings using his mental powers as a scanner for the gem, he goes off in search of the gem throughout the castle ::

::Ti watches him shake his head... she knows where this was leading... and she cracked a smug, malicious smile.... she has been itching to break out and flex her muscles, both physical and magickal, all night long... and it had been a long night. She laughs, an eerie giggle that makes Loki's skin crawl...::

"I choose my subordinates over godhood? I find it comical... you mark me as noble... when I am further from nobility than Satan herself..."

::Ti couldn't get more than that out, as she found herself experiencing the most peculiar feeling-- that of bodily projection across the room... she hit the floor with a painful looking thud-- and BOUNCED... then skid to a stop against a wall with a large window... she rolls up to her hands and knees, tossing her hair back from her face... her eyes are a chilling, luminescent blood red, her pupils pinpoint in size and her beautiful face contorted in a fierce grimace of anger and disgust...::

"Didn't your mother ever teach you not to hit a woman??"

::She feels the heavy weight and the cold stone of the Gargoyle's paw clamp onto her shoulder, and she whips around on the large stone beast, shrugging his paw off and slamming the heel of her hand into its massive chest...while this quick thinking but nearly foolish move would most likely result in the breaking of a mortal's, or even a supernatural being of lesser power's hand and arm... Ti's strength and the added 'punch' of a telekinetic bomb blast... the creature flew backwards violently, smashing the entire great window out and bowling down three other Gargoyles, trying to get in behind him... Ti rolls backwards, getting quickly to her feet... she was nowhere NEAR done yet... she throws up her hands-- and the ENTIRE WALL explodes outward into the courtyard beyond.... showering Loki's 'pets' with glass and other debri.... if Loki thought the Ti's friends were wrecking his house... wait until he saw what Titania now had in mind.... she would leave his house literally a heap of rubble, take his precious gem and leave him for shame and disgrace....::

Loki:"Such a shame too... I think I might've enjoyed a good roll in the hay with you Darling."

MoEs: "How is everybody? I've bought us precious few seconds from the beasts... i reckon that soon i will be left with no choice but to become beast myself... anyone injured?"

:: Ensuing the newest action of garglyles leaping into action, Devon watched as Christy dispatched some of them, following with her voice exoectanty thundering into his head::

Well hello Christy... I see you're back... We're all still alive. Lets stay that way ok? By the way, take a look over to where Brenthon is... I think some woman just appeared...

:: Devon took a glance at the myterious Danielle, before turnig his attention over to the gargoyls who were struggling to attack again. He redied himself incase any came near him.::

As Rama flies through the building in search of the gem, he suddly finds himself ensnared in a net and hanging from the ceiling. The more he struggles the tighter the net becomes and his attempts at cutting himself free don't work.

Devon's distraction by the appearance of the mystery woman is cut short as he is bowled over by an attacking gargoyle. The winged beast paws at him trying to tear him apart.

Christy can only watch in horror as Loki tries to kill Brenthon. The mysterious figure that suddenly appeared within Loki's shield saved Brenthon's life of that there was no possible doubt. Whoever the cloaked figure was would have Ti's gratitude should they prove to be an ally.

::True enough, a gargoyl soon came flying at him. Before Devon could fully concentrate, the gargoyle had rammed into him and pinned him onto the ground. Instanteousneously, his neckband glowed, and the gargoyle is sent away from Devon by a powerful sudden telekinetic force. As the gargoyle flies up into the air, Devon's staff glowed, and immediately, from the surroundings, a few bolts of lightning appeared and surged towards the gargoyle from different directions hitting it simultaneously, and shocking it in mid air. Devon wasn't too sure if lightnign would actually work against them considering how gargoyles are originally statues. However, the lightning should atleast slow the creature down, giving Devon enough time to get to his feet.::

Devon's lightning attack blasts off one of the creature's wings, causing it to tumble to the ground. Not stopped, the thing turns back to attack Devon once more.

OOC: Some people's posting has severely fallen off. I have already started killing off the non posters in the Gold thread, I hope I wont have to start here. There are only a couple of people excused from posting as they let me know about their absences. Everyone else is expected to post once a day at least.

Just to be clear Devin this wasn't directed to you, lol. You are very active and I thank you for it.
