::Hearing Loki's reply, Devon knew this would probabkly be the final straw. He half heartedly wanted Christy and Brenthon to blow up so action could be gotten in, but at the same time contemplated what devastating consequences could occur. Devon simply prepared himself while waiting for the Wriath and Evil incarnate's reaction. He knew fully well if a fight breaks out, he'd have to be fully prepared. If it was just Loki alone, Christy and Brenthon would probably be able to handle him even if he IS a God. However, Devon was quite certain this God had lackeys somewhere around.::

::Now the gears were turning, as he pat her on the head and turned to move in on Brenthon, who was losing the grip on his rage... Ti raised a hand, glowing an intense white heat-- but she didnt have the supernatural grip on Loki... every pair of eyes in the room, save for Sati's sleeping ones, were watching Brenthon drop to one knee, clutching his chest... it felt like a faint heart attack, nothing too painful but more of a shocking, continuous pain, as Ti simultaniously drained his rage from him. She hoped Brenthon would get her point, and play along as if the pain was unbearable, now that he found it impossible to be angry at what Loki was saying... Ti laughed this time, and it was undoubtedly a real laugh, haughty and unmistakably evil...::

"Just like a man... to think everything is all about HIM. I dont want you for your sex darling... I have men at home who handle that...."

::She had his attention by now, as there was nothing else to pay any attention to, Brenthon momentarily disabled, and Ti the only speaking voice... she gave Loki a wink, and a blew him a mock kiss...Ti could be all about brute strength sometimes... but she knew when things should be played by tact... and she knew how to play tact like a harp when it came down to it... he might be a God... but he was man too... all she had to do was stroke his great oversized ego and promise him more wealth and power than he already had...::

"I want you for your ultimate power... and your infinite wisdom... it will look nice right along side mine... together, we could rule both My realm and Yours... and any other we see fit to.... people dont want to believe it... but I have MY realm wrapped around my finger... I'm willing to let you in on the great feast that is modern life and all its technology... provided its mutual agreement... and i get some clout in THIS world..."

::She created a large dome like shield over the rest of her comrades, she knew Brenthon would be able to easily get out of it, as she had used a mental projection to do it... she telepathically controlled Devon, causing him to reach out and touch it, only to watch it spark violently, and though it only gave Devon a static-like shock, he drew his hand back quickly as if he'd recieved a third degree burn....::

"Now, I ask you again... to hell with the little people, stop wasting your time trying to anger the dope show, I am the God of Rage! Walk with me."

::Ti was very convincing in her words... so much so that even her group wondered if she believed she was indeed a God... the best thing about being in a different realm was that outsiders could completely make up their past... Ti could very well be a God back in her realm, and Loki would have no way of knowing... Ti knew there were several people in her group that could make plans, if she were not there... and she knew that at least Brenthon could see what was going on, as she caught eye contact with him again...::

:: Devon watched in silence as Christy went on talking with Loki. He could hardly believe his ears when Christy actually went on edging Loki with an alliance even after his taunt. However, Devon then noticed a certain forcefield of somesort appearing around them. He had no intentions of testing this shield, but somehow, his hand disobeyed his mind and stupidly touching it. Being shocked and suprised, he quickly withdrew his hands tht moment pain was felt. Immediately Devon looked back at Christy, and this time slightly confused. Devon knew Christy would surely not be one who would babble such nonsense. After some thought, Devon realised it was Christy who made him touch the shield, and it dawned upon him that Christy was no where near being delirious, and she certainly had a plan of her own. Devon thought it might be better to play along so Christy sounds more convincing::

"What? Christy what are you talking about??! Are you serious? I thought you were merely toying with this Loki, but to think you actually persisted after he insulted you like that? This is ridiculous! The Christy i knew would never do or say something as ridiculous as that!"

::There was real anger in Devon's tone. Though he knew he could trust Christy, his speech would sound extreemly convincing simply due to the fact that was what he would have said a few minutes ago, and that he was indeed angry, only at a differernt reason.::

*She watched the two leaders try to talk to the God, convince him and draw him to their side in order for the rest of the group to come up with a plan. Sher eyes went a little wide at first, hearing Ti's words. She bit her lip and leaned against a wall, waiting for whatever chaos would brew up from Loki's comments. She watched Brenthon writhing in pain on the ground, or feigning it well enough, smirking just a bit. She kept her eyes glued on Devon, curiously watching what he was doing to the shield. She looked at Ti, concerned that there may be something else going on before she picked up on Devon's thoughts.*

"Christy, what the heck are you doing? Gaining lands for us is great, but handing over our realm to a total stranger? What's gotten into you, are you serious?"

*She looked up at them from the wall, totally shocked at what was going on, going along with the plan without taking a second to think about it.*

"SILENCE!"

::Christy barked with such ferocity that her voice thundered throughout Loki's abode with a vengeance and the walls of his home shook with her voice.... She was still gazing at Loki, awaiting his response.... but she stopped to slowly turn her head to face Devon and Amy where they stood trapped within her shield for the time being...::

"Such matters as these are to large for you to wrap your insolent little minds around... best leave alliances and joined forces to the sophisticated aristocrats such as Myself and Loki."

::Ti was trying to lead Loki away, and allow her team a chance to find the gem and escape the realm... if this didn't work, it was down to good old brute force, and Ti had a way of becoming quite a sufficent distraction-- that even a God like Loki, or a titan, in all their physical prowess, would have extreme difficulties in subduing....if Ti had to resort to that measure, she would count on her team to leave her to it, and get the gem fast enough to get out of there before lives were lost...::

Loki's mind worked with lightning swiftness. He pondered all that Christy was telling him. He reaches out and pulls her closely against him.

"And what would prevent me from simply....taking what I wanted of your .......realm? These puny little worms? Hardly a threat to one such as I. The Gypsy is ready to chew on the walls simply because I asked a question. The others are doing their best not to soil themselves though I would wager that someone has failed in that task(smiling at Devon). I could simply send the rest into the far reaches of Asgard and never worry about them again while keeping you here to amuse me while I discover the secrets of the Gem. With it I could conquer Asgard as well as Midgard. So tell me oh God of Rage, why should I listen to you, what else is in it for me?"

::Christy smirked wickedly... she let Loki pulls her close, and though she relaxed her body in his arms... she was ready to pounce if he tried anything funny... oh, what a tangled web she could weave so quickly that one could hardly disbelieve what she was saying was so true she believed it herself... for she never paused to scramble up lies... her trap of deception simply flowed quickly like a rapid river...::

"You will not do anything of the sort... though i am sure you are a God who sees what he wants... and takes it... for you live and know the Viking way of life... as I live and know my own realm... and just as I simply do not have the 'street smarts' to prosper immediately in this realm... you will not be able to make sense of MY realm, or SURVIVE it, without me... and if you WERE to try to overthrow me... trust me... you would not like to see ME angry."

::Ti gave a laugh as if it were a silly notion that he would be so foolish as to try, then continued on...::

"What's in it for you? It is JUST a business proposition Dear, no need to fear... i am not asking you to sever your male appendage or sell me your SOUL.... it is as simple as what I already said. You hear occaisionally, about those individuals who set out with a crack pot plan to rule the world. You and I.... could rule all the Worlds, Loki. You have Asgard, I have the Underworld, and the Modern World... to Gods such as ourselves... the rest would be a piece of Cake."

::Ti' steely blue eyes stare at Loki... she seems to, for a moment, completely disregard what he says about her crew... but she addresses it, with a leisurely, mocking tone that makes her comrades wonder if she really is trying to play Loki.... or if she is being as serious as she sounds when she says what she does...::

"Who, these sniveling ingrates? I let them tag along so they would feel good about themselves, that is, until they acciddently died some tragic untimely death at the hands of fate. They couldn't touch you with a ten foot pole, even if they ALL teamed up... Brenthon... has always been such a moody pout... look at him, he cant even see straight, he must brood about Danielle whats-her-face.... but darling... tell me..... what makes you think... you can keep ME..."

::Ti leans into Loki now, whispering into his ear... whether or not she had given up on being seductive was unclear... as her tone had remained and still was alluring as ever... her fragrance was soft and inviting, a far cry from the male viking musk stench Loki was accustomed to...::

"anywhere?"

:: Brenthon began to see a smashing plot being performed by the ever angry Rage Demon herself. He was thankful that Christy had drained his rage, because if it had continued any further, Brenthon would not be responsible for his actions. He pined in pain as he fell to his new, producing a single tear running down his cheek, playing up to the entire plan. As the shields surrounded them, Brenthon perceived them instinctively as Mental Projections. He began thinking to himself, knowing that his own thoughts were protected. ::

"She is a damn good actor.. she just better pull this off.. We are wasting time with this long dialogue..."

:: As Christy looked around and began playing up her role of a God, she refered to Brenthon. Although the comment would normally make him roll his eyes, he knew he had to play along, as he jumped at the shield, and was shocked and blasted back, He screamed out to Titania ::

"Damn You Christy!!! Knock this OFF!"

:: All the while Brenthon was screaming at Christy, he looked at the shadows, standing at her feet. Thinking that this might be the best way to get the gem, Christy distracting Loki, while Brenthon went on the search. He projected an astral form inside Christy's shadow, as she now had a passenger along her essence. Their minds were essentially linked and any thoughts would be protected by his PSI Screen from Loki's mind, while his corporeal form still stood there conscious, making faces of anger and despair ::

"Well Christy, you got any ideas yet?"

:: His own essence became almost that of pure shadow as his body formed exactly to Christy's shadow and before long, he was the exact replica of Titania's shadow, their bodies now synched. ::

::Ti turned to look at Brenthon as he spouted... she did not seem startled, nor did she seem to fear his reaction. She had the air of a woman who was not afraid of anything... and like Loki... one who saw what she wanted and took it... by whatever means neccessary. She looked back at Loki, her voice growing less majestic and more dead serious.::

"I suspect there are traitors among us here... double agent spies set to get close to me so they may pass information to my enemies... Who, as always, threaten to shut down any operation i perform before it even begins. I cannot risk divulging you any other details while we are in the presence of these others. Let us go."

::Ti doesnt separate from his arms, but she wraps her arms around him and begins to lead him towards the exit that her and her group entered from. She is aware of Brenthon's shadow/mind link... and she speaks to him, confident that his PSI screen will protect her cover.::

Just One, Brenthon. I will distract Loki as best I can... YOU, i trust with my life AND the lives of our MoE followers. You must lead them now, you must quickly find the gem. Send me a sign when you are leaving... so that I know when it is safe to take my leave. Whatever happens... you MUST not rest until you find that Gem. I am a big girl, I can handle myself. If I do not make it back to the meet... I trust that you will forge ahead and save Ikaris.

::from her tone and the sincerity of her mind voice, Brenthon could gather exactly what she intended to do. Lead Loki away if she could, then engage him and prevent his stopping them-- no matter what the cost. They had a Friend to save, and their time was running desperately short. They must follow their instincts and Ti's were telling her to provide 'cover fire' for her crew, so they could ALL live to see the next encounter with a God.::

:: Devon stared with deep hatred as Loki made the remark. He was just about very tempted to set his hair on fire, but Devon knew fully well that would only spoil Christy's plan, and place all the MOEs, including himself in jeopardy. He knew his fellow MOEs well enough to know that Brenthon was already doing something. Though he had no means to knowing what they were going to do, Devon figured it would have something to do with escaping. Devon then attempted to communicate wityh Christy, hoping she would pick them up.::

Christy, i can't read your mind, but i know you well enough. If you're thinking of making us escape while you handle this God, i'd tell you this. There is no way he's alone! He's gotta have lackeys! I know there is not much we can do, but we ARE well trained, and with your capabilities, with Brenthon's i don't see why we would not win this Loki. Well... Its your decision...

:: Devon knew nothing would change Christy's mind once it has been made up, but he was merely expressing his concern, and an alternative which he thought would be better. He then decided he should react like how he should react in such an event. He quickly retorted back at Loki. He knew his life would probably be in danger after saying this, but it would all make Christy's performance more convincing. Besides, he had trust in the forcefield Christy set up, which he knows should deflect both sides.::

"Well, i see this God here is cocky. I wonder who was it who got defeated by Odin... Chirsty, i can't believe you're doing this... I can't believe you wish to ally with this ugly man who calls himself the God of mischief."

::By the time Devon completed his sentence, he was betting on the chance that Brenthon would have already prepared whatever he was preparing.::

Loki laughs at Devon's attempts at sniping. A careless gesture over his shoulder fuses the young wizard's lips together.

"Perhaps you should think twice before speaking ill of your betters, child."

To Ti: "Perhaps we should take a walk, but I simply don't think your friends can be trusted especially since you are concerned that one or more of them might be spies. Have no fear regarding that."

Loki waves a hand in a brief summoning spell. In a flash of light and smoke three figures arrive. One is a hulking bald man, carrying a large double bladed axe, who towers over everyone in the room, the second is a tall elfin man, his features split evenly black and white, providing a stark contrast. It is the third arrival that draws every ounce of attention to her. The woman is beyond beautiful, her long blonde hair cascades down her back, the green and black body suit she wears is seemingly painted on. Her face is one that songs are written of, until you look into her cold cruel eyes. There is pain waiting there, pain that Amora the Enchantress is more than willing to inflict.

Her voice is musical yet hard as she speaks.
"Loki, why have you summoned us here? We are not your playthings."

Loki dismisses the pouty sorceress' ire with a wave of his hand.

"My dear, I have need of you. I need you to watch these people while I converse with my new friend here. If any of them cause you the slightest problem, feel free to kill them. Your help will be remembered when I rule this realm."

Loki and Christy disappear in a flash of light before Amora or the others can argue the point with him.

Amora:"Damn his eyes. How dare he treat us like servants! And to guard Mortals? How Dare He!"

The Executioner and Malkaeth ignore the tirade of the Enchantress having witnessed ones like this one before. The MoE would have to find their way past these three to search for the gem.

*She chuckled to herself as Devon kept getting picked on, maybe he'd learn to play the plan a little cooler next time. She had her eyes glued to Christy and Loki as they took their leave from the room, turning around as the three figures appeared in the room, looming over them. She whistled a bit and then looked down at Brenthon and the rest of the group, wondering what he had planned.*

"You're Amora the Enchantress, correct? The one that can seduce any man?"

*As she waited for an answer from their baby sitters, she glanced over at the corner Sati was still lying in. Amy had always been the nurse in their Eye of Fire quest, she might as well keep up her day job while she was at it. She walked over to the metamorph and squated down next to her. She took in a big breath and exhaled it over Sati, the gusts of wind expelling the sleep mist surrounding her. She lightly tapped Sati on the cheeks until she woke up.*

:: Rama was very irritated as he was stopped and he went into a moody funk as everything went on rolling his eyes at Christy's ploy. Rama's funk was knocked away as Loki summoned three watchers to guard them as he left with Christy. He dismisses the woman as annoying little distraction and his interest is kept by the elfin man. He smirked at him ::

"So what do we have here? A mirror?"

OOC: Sorry I couldn’t post…I was on a retreat with my church.

:: Desire followed the rest of the group to Loki’s home and watched closely as Sati entered the home. The Dark Faerie ran upstairs with everyone else and watched in surprise as Christy attempted to seduce Loki. She crossed her arms over her chest and raised an eyebrow. Seeing Brenthon fall to the floor in what she guessed was false pain, she looked in Christy’s direction again. As the force field suddenly surrounded the group, Desire’s eyes darted around the newly formed bubble. She heard a small cry of pain from Devon and looked at the wound. Both Amy and Devon began shouting things at Ti, and the Dark Faerie was appalled at the happenings. ::

Wait...of course! Ti is quite an actress...

:: Desire pushed a piece of hair away from her face and her eyes widened as Christy called her comrades sniveling ingrates. She clutched her skin tightly to keep herself from shouting out in mock anger. Her own nails formed bloody gashes on her arms. She looked down as she outstretched her arms and the wounds healed. Her crimson eyes flashed and her aura become the color of blood. Visibly angry, Desire looked at the rest of her teammates. She hoped it was believable. Hearing all the conversation, she saw Amora appear and Ti disappear. ::

"Oh great...a brat..."

:: The Dark Faerie rolled her eyes, and moved towards Amy and Sati. She squated next to Amy and looked over Sati. She shook her slightly to help speed up the awakening. ::

"Okay, Christy, I am returning.. Good Luck, sweets!"

:: As Brenthon became one with the Shadows he dissappeared as he returned his astral form to his body. Knowing that these three people left to watch over them were extremely powerful, but Brenthon would not let them get away so easily. Loki must have forgotten, he was leaving the group with one Evil Incarnate and a Dire Wraith at full power, and Brenthon decided it was time for action. He spoke with an icy voice as his breath seemed to chill the entire area ::

"Let's not waste any time! Masters of Evil come forthe but do NOT be Stupid.. We need to take down Amora first, worry about the rest later.. Melody and I will take on Amora, the rest of you take care of the warriors!"

:: With a Wave of his hand, Brenthon shot down the Mental Projection shields that Christy had raised before and without wasting time he leaped forward, seeing Amy take care of Sati, which was a sigh of release because in this battle, her skills would be greatly needed. With a forward extension of his hands firing a full power blast of green Mystic Flame with enough concussive impact to knock down a large building, and potent with enough magic to empower 1000 witches, he wanted to see a reaction first, how she would deal with the attack first, see a few of her tricks. ::

"Amora, ignore the others.. We're the only ones worth dealing with, right Melody?"

:: He turned to Melody, knowing the Amora and Melody were very similar in their powers and abilities. If anyone could get to Amora, it should be Melody. ::

- Melody was ready for the battle. All this boring chit chat nonsense between Loki and Christy was really wearing on her, since she heard it almost every other day in her own Kingdom, and while the offer was tempting to almost take up herself, she knew that this was for the Masters of Evil, and Most Importantly Ikaris, the Black King, whom she fought for, served and protected. If nothing, this would be a person victory for the Black Court of the Hellfire Club. As the shields were lowered. The small silver platinum bracelet with a strange ruby like gem began to glow extremely bright. She was activating the Witchblade, A living gauntlet that becomes one with its wearer. Only women of unmatched strength of mind, body and will have ever successfully worn it. Its legacy has created a warrior bloodline back through time and forward into the future, and it is of unmatched and unknown power. -

"In the name of the Black Court of the Hellfire Club! Move yourself, lest WE do the moving for you! It is not wise to hold something that we need and stand in our way of getting it! Amora, meet your Maker!"

- As the Witchblade was activated as weird mystical bone like armor began to appear all over her body (looks like this when activated) as she began to channel it's primal and supernatural powers. The large almost Titan like blade extended out from her hand as if it were an extension of her body, in the same bone like substance as amber strands and crackling of primal magic began to course through the area, Melody's eyes turning a piercing bright red, her teeth becoming slightly fanged. -

"I DARE You, Amora, and the rest of you, take on the Black Knight.. I am always hungry for a snack!"

- She motioned her free hand for one of them to step forward. Melody always let others make the first move in battle. It gave her grounds to respond and center herself first. That was how she liked it. It was all a matter of time now. -

"Desire!! Devon!! Take the other, I'll hold off two tone over here!

:: Rama immediatly went into action. His hair shot off in six different directions. One tendril wrapped around the elf's neck, another around his waist, and four others to each of his limbs. Kurama tightened his hair's grip to bone crushing level and then raising his head and smashing it down sent the elf crashing into the stone floor at high velocity ::

"Names Kurama, and you are?"

:: Kurama smiled as he retracted his hair to its normal style ::

::Just as Devon had completed his sentence, he found his mouth glued shut. He focused hismagics on his mouth, and soon, it was opened again. Devon had wanted to retort more, only to find the trun of events. Apparently Christy had suceeded, and she and Loki have disappeared, leaving behind 3 very idiotic looking characters for them to deal with. Soon, Brenthon destroyed the force field, and apparently, it was time to rumble.::

"With pleasure! Finally!"

:: Devon knew these 3 characters were not to be trifled with. Seeing as the only person left would be the big one with an axe, Devon stared intently at the hulking man as he prepared himself::

"Executioner eh? Pleased to make you aquaintance..."

:: Devon said that in the most mocking tone he could manage, wearing the widest smirk ever. As he completed his sentence, the clothes the big man was wearing caught fire. Devon focused his magics, and flames errupted from the very clothes that he was wearing, burning his clothes and the wearer itself. The flames were at an intensity of being able to reduce a normal human to ashes within a few minutes. Devon looked over at the remaining MOEs, giving them a signal to chip in when the time comes.::

:: As the sleep mist dissipated, Sati began to stir... slowly at first, but things soon gained increasing clarity. Her violet eyes opened, and the first thing she saw was Amarisy. ::

What the hell?

:: An instantly later, as her sleepiness all but completely disappeared, she frowned, pushing herself to her feet as she looked to see where Loki was. While Sati was not completely arrogant.. she still had her pride to think about, and that had been dented by the apparent ease with which she had been put to sleep and dropped into a corner while, judging by the looks of things, a lot had been going on. Christy was gone... Loki was nowhere to be seen - and before them, stood three strange beings. As the others leaped into battle before her, Sati rolled to her feet. Approaching Devon and the guy with the axe, Sati tugged him back with a gentle telekinetic tug. As she put up a barrier of both reflection and a shield of telekinesis, she sent a wave of water hurtling towards the knight... water which, directed by Sati's telekinetic reshaping and transfiguration capabilities, was gradually turning into liquid metal - as the wave of metal hit the burning being with the full speed that Sati was capable of, it did more than just knock him down - it solidified around him, trapping him inside a prison of strong metal inside which he should burn, defenceless. Once the metal cooled and stopped flowing, Sati dropped the defensive shields she had put up, watching warily ::

OOC: Sorry guys, got behind with my birthday and all, this should catch evryone up though.

The three guardians look on with surprise as the MoE break out of their supposed imprisonment.

Amora pouts as she faces off against Brenthon and Melody. She smirks at the Siren and turns her attention towards the males of the group. Brenthon is the first to catch a whiff of her pheremone laden perfume. It numbs the minds of any man who has ever desired a woman. The focus of their entire world becomes Amora and pleasing her. Combined with her natural beauty and the glamouring enhancements that she mastered centuries ago, the pheremones make her nearly irresistable. Amora addresses the men in the group, ignoring the women except for Melody who she recognizes as a Siren and a potential threat.

Amora: "Boys, these women annoy me, kill them for me, wont you?"

The magic flows over Brenthon and Devon, who has gotten close enough to get a faceful of the perfume and they turn as one towards the nearest woman, ready to kill.

Malkaeth finds himself slammed to the floor by Rama's hair, he gets silently to his feet and dusts himself off. He gestures and a small wooden box appears floating in the air between his hands. He grasps the box and opens the lid towards Rama. A hurricane force blast of arctic air hits Rama full on, slamming him into a wall while coating him in in thick sheets of ice, pinning him in place.

Sati is originally unaware that Devon has fallen under the Enchantress's spell until his staff nearly misses her head. Dodging out of the way, she misses the cracks forming in the liquid metal until the coccoon is shattered from the inside. The large Executioner stands free, holding his axe and looking to kill. His burning skin has faded to normal after his release. He eyes Sati and lifts his axe, ready to swing.

Interlude:

In another part of Asgard, in a beautiful glade, Loki and Christy sit atop a blanket and sip wine from Golden Goblets. The God of Evil feeds her another grape from the basket that sits beside them.

"So my dear, we were discussing just what it would be that your world could do for me and what you hope to gain from Asgard? What wonders does Midgard hold for one such as I? What means are available there to kill my father and half brother to gain me the throne here? More wine?"

Christy drinks her goblet dry and allows Loki to refill it. She enjoys the wine though she is not really worried about getting drunk. Its a very smooth taste and bursts with flavor with every sip.
