Florence Henderson dies aged 82: Beloved actress and TV icon who was The Brady Bunch's mom passes away on Thanksgiving

damn, This is sad. 2016 just won't stop!
Ms. Henderson was one of those TV icons that was not brought down by scandal. She was already a broadway legend when she landed the role of "Carol Brady", & she went on to become AMERICA'S mom. Like everyone else, I grew up w/ Brady Bunch reruns. Carol & Alice were my fave characters on the show. As a child, I remember doing the Wesson Oil commercials. She's worked w/ so many ppl across the industy. She went on to become a reality TV star, guest starring on a very member episode of VH1's "The Surreal Life", then she filled in for TV daughter Maureen Mccormick (Marcia Brady) for a season on "Dancing with the stars."
