The Elemental Fortress

You enter a floating castle up in the sky, with 8 different coloured balls hanging just above the castle. these coloured balls turn out the be the things allowing the Elemental fortress to float, and each of them correspond to a different element. the 8 balls represent: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Lightening, Ice, Light and Dark. any person that enters with the ability to use any of those things will get a slight power boost to whatever it is (making the attack 1.5 times stronger). however, as both sides have these powers, a battle must be fought to claim the rights to this fortress, and take it over for their side. who will win? count the severed heads at the end to see

Rules

1)all normal AHBL rules apply
2)spells, magic, talismans/amulets, weapons and physical allowed
3)do not abuse the power boost. it merely gives it a little extra, not grant you abilities of further levels.
4)LET THE BATTLE BEGIN
 
:: a vortex of swirling fire appears in the air. out of it tumbles a man with light brown hair and blonde streaks throughout. he's wearing a pair of well-fitted fighting jeans and a tight green muscle top. smiling, he gestures to the vortex of flame and makes it close, beginning to hover in the air in wait of an opponant ::
 
::A black spiral forms with a low rumbling noise as Devon appears::

"Hmmm... Interesting place... I'm sure i'll love this place considering how i wield ALL elements... Well, except for light of course..."

:: Devon then decided to try out the environment's powers. With a slight swing of his staff, Devon creates a simple blast of flames towards nothing. Amazingly, the blast of flames seemed to be bigger brighter and hotter.::

"Wow... This will be fun..."

::He then looks around, in search for a GOL to have some fune with. He then notices a lowered leveled one. Not wanting to attack first, Devon merely stood there, waiting to see if the GOL would have the cheek to attack him. If he did, fine. He'll have some fun with this one. If he didn't, Devon will just wait for one to turn up.::
 
:: spotting Devon as he appeared and tried out his powers, Nathan smiles and nods to him respectfully. He may be a GOL, and Devon an MOE, but Nathan respected power, and he knew Devon had it. But he wasn't going to give up just because of a level with enhanced powers was here. so taking a deep breath before standing to his full 6'2" height, he looked straight at Devon with a look of mischeviousness ::

"so, willing to try your hand with someone different for a change? i'm ready if you are"

:: standing in a fighting pose for a second, Nathan soon make a quickl flicking gesture with his wrist. an enlarged ice spike hurtles towards Devon at a rapid pace, soon charged with a highly charged lightening bolt from the sky for an added kick ::

"i'm just getting started"
 
Alex smokes into view, being a Fire Elemental herself, this place for her, could do some wicked damage.
 
::Noticing the GOL giving a nod, Devon gave a slight smirk of amusement, and also interest. This GOL was apparently quite different from others. Regardless of his level, Devon thought he should be able to have some fun with this guy. Turning his attention to the GOL, Devon watched him closely as he launged his attack. A rather large ice spike surged towards him, which was struck by lightning as it flew. With a slight motion from his staff, the ice spike is deflected from Devon to fly right back at Nathan. Underestimating the lowered leveled GOL, Devon didn't quite do that in time, resulting in a mild shock from the electricity around the spike. Of course, the damage was minimal::

"With pleasure. Lets see what you've got... I'm sick of constant killing anyway. I'd like some scuffle... Can you provide me with that?"
 
:: his own ice spike sent back at him, he quickly closes his eyes and focuses. for a milli-second, a cloud of red dust seems to be hovering in the air in front of him, until it suddenly erupts into a small floating wall of flames. the ice spike flies right into it, and luckily is melted away into water, but the electrified water crashes into Nathan's body, and he's sent shuddering to the ground. quickly forcing himself to recover from the shock, he jumps up from his back and levitates back down from the air, landing with a smile ::

"not bad, not bad at all. how about we call in a few reinforcements?"

:: the wall of flame that was in front of him suddenly squashed into a ball and began to hurtle towards Devon. however, this was only a distraction. secretly, the ring on Nathan's finger brought to life a single brick in the wall behind Devon, and this single brick removes itself silently, pushing 2 more strategic bricks out quietly too as the flame heads towards Devon to cause the wall to collapse right on top of him ::

"and i don't think i'll have a problem putting up a fight"
 
* A evil laugh echos in air and Raven flames in *

Well, this will be a great place to destroy...

* She forms a small fire ball and waits for a challenger *
 
Alex notices Raven and gives the Level 6 evil witch a nod as a sign of respect.
 
:: Devon watches Nathan silently, awaiting his next move. Upon seeing the fireball, Devon gave a slight smirk, paying no attention to it. He simply gave a careless wave, to which the fireball disappears in a black swirl to appear on his hand. Devon was about to send the flames back at Nathan and amplify it, when he heard a sudden crashing sound from behind him. Devon hurriedly turned around as quickly as he could, only to see the wall behind him tumbling down. A few bricks from the falling debris managed to hit him, and shortly after, Devon's ring glowed and a telekinetic force a surged towards the thumbling wall, causing it to fly backwards and out of his way.::

"Sneaky eh?..."

:: Devon rubs his shoulder slightly whih was sore from being hit by a falling brick. Under normal circumstances, Devon would have been much more alert. He had indeed severly underestimated this GOL. Deciding he should open his eyes wider, Devon surveyed the area, and decided to go on with some elemental fun. His staff glowed, and suddenly the ground infront of Nathan errupted, sending soil, mud, stones and rocks flying straight at Nathan. Devon was pleasantly supriesed to see that the earth spout seemed to be more powerful than he had commanded them to be. As the earth debris flew at Nathan, Devon than invoked his nature magics, and vines began sprouting under Nathan, and coiled around him, binding and constrictincting him together to be hit by the surging earthen attack.::
 
* Raven looks to Alexandra and smile, noding her head back, she walks to her fellow *

This is a lil boring don't u think? Any GoL to kill...

:: huge amounts of earthen material blast underneath nathan with great force, sending him hurtling up into the air. but before he can go far into the air, the vines also invoked by Devon grab hold of his legs and painfully yank him back down to the ground, leaving Nathan in a bloodied mess on the floor. the vines then begin to coil around the rest of Nathan's body, but fueling his powers with his severe anger and pain, a quick aura of flames erupts from his body, roasting the earthen materials and plants around him, leaving him to tiredly crawl back to his feet, dabbing at his wounds ::

"ok, now for someone of such power, i expected knowledge. that was good, but surely you knew i could roast all that stuff with this increase? i mean power over fire is my first ability....although your tactics still get the job done i suppose"

:: tearing off his shirt to reveal a tanned, muscular torso, Nathan dabbed quickly at a few of the wounds on his face and then tossed the shirt aside, letting out a half-smile, half-grimace. then he suddenly gets a great idea and charges at Devon. seconds before hitting him, he suddenly jumps straight upwards with his hands outstretched, a hovering pole of ice appearing there. grabbing it, he spins around it a couple of times like a gymnast whilst his ring animates a mop to make it fly and hover about 10 feet above the spinning nathan. he then quickly lets go once pointing straight upwards, and with the help of levitation flies up and grabs the horizontal mop, also using that as a gymnast pole ::

lets see what i can do with this then....

:: meanwhile, the ice pole had floated itself 10 feet above the spinning nathan, and once again he releases and flies up to the ice pole, spinning on that with the slight layer of water on it to help him move smoothly. then swinging around for a final time, he flips straight up into the air again. the mop quickly aligns itself beside the ice pole, and Nathan lands gracefully on the 2 in the air, smiling at devon now about 30 feet below ::

"i may not be able to levitate this high, but i have my methods"

:: calling forth enhanced powers of lightening from his gloves, a super-charged lightening bolt strikes down at its lightening speed and ripples straight through Devon, spinning right back up and settling to hover over his palm whilst he's in the air in the form of a lightening ball ::

"well maybe i can use my position to my advantage later"
 
:: Desire shimmered in simply. Since she did own a fire talisman, it should give her an extra boost. She smiled at her friend, Alex, and smiled at Raven. She looked towards Nathan and her fellow Black Rider, Devon. She shook her head towards the level and laughed. ::

"Pathetic!"

:: She shot multiple eldritch bolts at him and used her empathic manipulation. She made Nathan feel infatuated with her. She then madehim feel full lown love for her (3 posts). Her body fell limp as she astral projected behind Nathan. She began tickling his ear sweetly. Desire smiled, seeing her plan working. ::

Alex smiled back.

"Indeed, I guess they're revamp is still not finished yet."

Alex shook her head as she saw Desire tag team with Devon, not like he needed it though..
 
* Rogue smiles to see a new fellow around, she feels sorry for the lil GoL cos he'll not have too much time of life in the battlefield, she gives a lil smile and bit her lips *
 
::As Nathan ran foward at Devon, he looked on, calm, unhurried and not the least worried. He then enjoyed the spectacle of Nathan performing an acrobatic stunt with floating ice sticks. Devon marvelled at how easy it was for him to make Nathan plunge down to the ground just by melting the poles, but thought this acrobatic stunt was rather entertaining. Devon then noticed Desire entering the arena, who then proceeded to attack the poor Nathan after a brief greeting. Devon wasn't exactly too thrilled. He didn't want to kill the GOL so quickly. The poor guy was all alone, and with only level 1 powers. Devon almost felt sorry for him. As Desire proceeded on with making him fall infatuated with her, Devon shouts up at her abstral form::

"Hey Desire! Let him live... You should know if i had wanted him dead, he would me long time ago... Besides, its kinda sad... He's the only one here... You can have some fun with him if you want... I guess i'll step back..."
 
* Rogue listen Devon words and laugh *

This GoL deserve an award, cos he's the only one who have courage to come here and fight with a MoE

* Rogue nods to the GoL and looks to her fellows, she winks to them and continue to watch the fight, she's a lil bored cos the other GoLs are so afraid of them and don't want to have some fun in a good torture, she desires to fight, to smell the blood in air and kill, but for now, she only can watch *
 
:: up on top of the ice poles, Nathan suddenly becomes completely infatuated with Desire. However, as desire astrals out and appears behind him, she simply drops out of the air as the poles aren't that big, causing him to focus on the real body alone. even though Nathan is deeply in love and infatuated with her, it doesn't make him totally oblivious to his surroundings or his danger. she made him love-struck not stupid. so as the eldritch bolts hurl towards him, he flips into the air and soars down over the top of the bolts, landing gracefully on the floor in front of her unconcious body, kneeling before her ::

"what is it that u wish of me?"

:: completely doting on Desire, he continues to kneel and kiss her hand ::
 
:: As Nathan grabbed her hand and kissed it, she scoffed at him and kicked his stomach. Noticing her body falling, she returned to it. Desire's wings fluttered as she landed gracefully on the ground. She smiled at her fellow MoE's and was behind Nathan. Using her ring, she made him once again infatuated with her but now had access to his powers. She extended her hand and shot a bolt of ice at him. He flew towards the other MoE's and the Dark Faerie laughed. ::

"There's no reason we can't all have fun!"
 
"There IS ample reason why we can't all have fun. 1 GoL is hardly enough... Let alone 1 Level 1 GoL my dear..."

:: Devon glances around lazily and gave a yawn. He though it was a waste that a nice place like that and nobody to fight.::

"Well, you know what? If we're actually fighting over coltrol for this place, we have it DUH... Hmm... Maybe if we put his life in jeopardy, we might attract some attention?"
