<< this was just ONE more thing......adding up among other events that was slowly pushing Darkchilde over the edge........a "storm" was coming......something that no one in MoE could expect.........and with each dissapointment....betrayal.....or any other negative event....DC was getting closer and closer to magickal meltdown that would spell out DIRE consequences>>
 
:: Hex looked down to the floor. His heart sunk. He wished Maia was there, he needed someone to hold. He then felt a cold shiver down his spine. This was a sign of his past creeping up on him. He usually got it when a family member was angered or anything. ::

:: Hex thought of Elektra, but her image kept shifting to that of his sisters, Hallie aka Scarlet... She was also a Mutant. She was Hex's older sister. The first mutant in the family, the result of their mother's genetic factor that she had enhanced when Pregnant with Hex, as it was discovered that only the females in his family carried the X-Factor. The doctor in charge of their mothers opperation gave a series of injections to her to change that... Hex knew something was brewing... he just hoped that Hallie wouldn't show anytime soon... he was greiving the departure of his dear friend Elektra. ::

Not now..

:: He felt another chill and looked at Riana, then DC, and lastly Titania and Kurama. ::
 
:: Sydney knew what was going on.. She just had kept her distance as of late. She hated good bye's.. For good byes were all she went through in life.. So it seemed. Paris was a wonderful friend of hers.. And she hated to see the DW leave.. but if she must, she must.. They would indeed meet again.. She looked at Paris, a small smile on her face.. ::

"Girl, you know you'll always have a place here... And in my heart."

:: Short but sweet, she sat back.. Watching the Wraith leave with a man, not known to Syd.. She looked at the bartender, ordering a drink.. And then glanced over at the other coyotes.. Ri, Ti and DC. ::
 
:: After toasting to Elektra, she raised her glass of champane and took a light sip. She set her glass down, and leaned on Sydney's shoulder as she watched Paris and the man, she still couldn't identify. Tucking some of her chocolate brown locks behind her ear, Maia tilted her head in, pressing it against Sydney's, as a best friend or a loving sister would do. She too hated goodbyes... she hated to get all emotional and attached, but she hated the fact she was leaving. She still couldnt understand why. She sent her a telepathic message, for the last time ::

Girl! You better come back to us now!... We'll miss you dearly...!

:: She spun around, picking her Mai Tai up at the same time and looked over across the room, and spotted her baby, Hex. She smirked slightly ::

Sydney: I'll be right back, hun.

:: Winking to her best friend, she walked over to Hex and leaned forward, kissing him softly which soon grew into passion. The Siren made her way onto his lap seductively while tilting her head oh-so playfully ::

"Didya miss me, baby?"
 
:: A single tear ran down Riana's face as she saw Elektra leave back to Ireland, Europe the place were Riana hereself was from, thinking back of her own country she smilled sometimes she missed it, looking at DC and the others she took another sip of her champagne.. some part of her felt like being alone and give into the sadness but she knew now wasn't the time... she had to be here and be strong.. after Elektra had given her the DW powers she knew things were going to change... change very much and not only for her... it would change for all the MoE's around her.. the leaving of Elektra had brought for something new.. Riana the Dire Wraith... ::

Okay girlie... relax sit here and smile, these people need you, you can't let them down

:: Taking a couple of deep breaths she smiled again as she sat down on one of the barstools crossing her long legs ::
 
:: Hex hugged Maia, and held her close. He kissed her forehead and looked around the room, it was obvious people were in pain, whatever had happened had obviously wounded everyone. He looked at Riana, the power emitting from her was strong, Hex knew that she was the person to fill Elektra's shoes she was the dire wraith. ::

"Of course, baby" :: He whispered to Maia. :: "Wait there hun."

:: He said getting up out of his chair, walking over to Riana with an ice water. The Dire Wraith had wanted this before the whole Elektra inncodent. ::

"It's you isnt it... Your the next Dire Wraith."
 
:: Looking up as Hex approaced her she smiled and nodded taking the ice water from him before she spoke ::

"Yes.. I am, I think you saw what happend between me and Elektra before she left... she passed her powers onto me..."

:: Taking a sip of the clear cold liquid she closed her eyes, the power flowing through her was imense she felt it in every viber of body, oppening her eyes again they had turned a deep shade of violet almost Purple ::

"Thanks for the ice water, now you better get back to Maia, I think she and you need to talk"
 
A family .... torn

"Well congratulations."

:: He said, turning around walking back to Maia. He then saw someone in the corner of his eye, Hallie. He raised an eyebrow and walked up to her. Pulling her into the VIP room. He was becoming annoyed. What did she want? ::

:: Hallie stood watching her younger brother. Hallie's platinum hair shone in the light, and her ruby red lips seemed to show how much of a Diva she was. She was naturally beautiful, and her black gucci dress showed off her curves. She also wored a large fur coat, and a large necklace around her neck that led to her clevage, on the end of the necklace was a large 'H' in diamonds. Each reflecting in the light. ::

"What are you doing here, Hellie?" :: Hex asked as he closed the VIP room door. :: "You know that we dont "talk".."

"Oh little brother, how wrong you are. We do talk... but... well lets say we lost contact." :: Her bright green eyes shone as much as Hex's. She smiled, and walked over to the couch and sat down. ::

:: Hex's brow creased in confusion. He always thought the two didn't get along.. not since she became a cold hearted ***** when Hex had not been as demonic as he is now. ::

"I guess I followed in your footstep's. Being evil and all. Obviously you've done well for youself, considering your wearing a necklace bigger then your waist."

"Well I didn't get where I am now without suducing men to giving me what I want.."

:: She smirked, and walked towards the bar, ordering a sex on the beach, as she recieved her drink she walked back towards her seat sitting down. ::

"Oh, do sit down. I hate to see a man stand.

"Just cut to the chase, Hallie." :: He began, his tone was now more serious. :: "Why are you here? You only ever contact any of the family when you need something."

"Then it must run in the family dear brother, I heard you havent spoken to anyone in the family since you came here...

:: Hex became uneasy, he interrupted his sister.. ::

"Thats because I'm actually happy here. I have a girlfriend, friends... and Im training to be the best. So I can amount to something better then a money grabbing whore that feeds of men." :: He raised an eyebrow. ::

"But isnt that your girlfriend... She is a siren afterall."

:: Hallie stood up, and started to run her hand along the wall, stopping every now and then to look at her younger brother. She sipped her Sex on the beach, and then walked closer to the young mutant, Hex. Her eyes narrowed and she put down her drink. ::

"I've been doing my homework, dear brother... and word travels fast. Your in love... In love with a siren, who's clouding your way to true evil. So why dont you cut her out of your life, and come with me.. we can train together. It'll be like old time when we used to get on so well.

"I wondered what the catch was you never show up here without wanting something. And how DARE you call Maia a whore, she is much more worthy then... you. Your nothing but a *****... yeah you might be evil, but no demons I know would do what you did."

:: Hex stood back from his sister, she was too close for comfort, she could slap him at anytime... he then walked to the bar, away from Hallie. ::

"I did that for money, and only money. It was a mistake, but look how it payed off. I thought you would be happy for me."

:: She took played with the fur on her coat. Looking at the male bartender seducingly. She smiled happily, and then looked back at Hex. ::

"You fell pregnant just to sell your own child... Cameron was 45 and had no chance of having kids. You led him to believe that you were pregnant with HIS child..."

:: Hex took a moment to breathe. He was becoming more annoyed by the minute. He hated it when his past catched up on him. It wouldnt be so bad if any other of his siblings showed up... they werent as bad as Hallie. ::

"Oh please, he knows now and still raises that child. Which take after me of course, she's a beatiful girl... a mutant too. Just how it was intended."

:: He rolled his eyes..... how pathetic... he thought and he stood there waiting.. ::

"I'm not going anywhere, infact Im asking for Maia's hand in marriage soon, so theres nothing that could tear me away from here."

:: The room fell silent, Hallie looked like she was in shock... ::
 
The shock

:: Hallie looked at her brother in shock. She walked closer to him and hit him on the arm. It was quite playful, but quite strong at the same time. She was fuming however. ::

"Hex, when are you going to get it throught that thick skull of yours...." :: She pushed her index finger onto the side of his head. :: "Your evil.. your apart of 4 siblings that are all evil..None of us have fallen in love.."

"I wouldnt be so sure, Hallie."

:: He said, taking her finger away from him. His youngest sister, Charlotte had also had fallen in love, she was only 16, but was dating a Warlock named Bé. He was a portugese man, he was evil as evil could be.. at least he was the last time Hex had seen him. ::

"There happy together, no one said anything to them."

"Are you really that dumb? Yes, Charlotte loved him, but it didn't mean he loved her. He got her pregnant, Hex. Just do he would have an heir. How pathetic, she was 16. Look what this place has done to you.. you didnt even know you have a nephew."

:: She rolled her eyes and turned her back on Hex, a smirk was on her face, as Hex approched her. It was obvious she was up to something. She wanted to drive Maia out of town, she needed Hex to come back home. So she could kill her ex-lover, Marcus. She couldnt do it alone, he was too powerful. ::

"Charz needed you, she cried herself to sleep every night, and where were you? Having sex.. with that woman."

"Hey, dont blame this on me, Hallie, it wasnt my fault I was driven out of my own home, and it wasnt my fault I actually wanted to amount to something in my life."

:: He looked down at the floor, and then walked towards Hallie, he put his hand on her shoulder, and then spun her around to face him. He had a serious expression on his face... He needed to know about Charlotte, his baby sister. ::

"How's Charlotte now?"

"How do you think? She's 17 and got a one year old.. Marcus killed Bé, said he shouldn't mess with my family. However it didnt stop him sleeping with the little slut."

:: Hellie looked up into her brother's eyes. ::

"Are we talking about your boyfriend, Marcus? He slept with Charlotte? Are you ok?"

:: Hex actually did feel SOME sympathy for Hellie, however that soon faded when he realised what she was like.. she didnt love.. she never had.. Marcus was just some casual thing so she could get laid.. ::

"What am I talking about, like you cared."

"That where your wrong, I did love him. Now I want vengance on him.. I need you to help me kill him, I need you home so he's gone forever. And I now know that I'm not going to love again, it only ends up in pain."

:: The lies rolled off her tounge, she didn't love him.. and Charlotte didn't sleep with him. Infact Charlotte had hated him, as he said some horrible stuff about her baby. ::

"Please, brother, just come home. Forget this place. Love isnt for evil."

"If love is so frowned upon, then why do the Dire Wraith's here love?"

:: He thought back to Kurama and Elektra. They seemed in love, however they did break up. Well that was a bad example, and Hellie didn't know they didnt love. ::

"They deserved that right when they became leaders here... you... well your not as powerful. Just think about it Hex, I'll be back soon."

:: Scarlet shimmers and black orbs formed around her as she vanished into thin air. ::

:: Hex turned around, thinking about what had just happened. He walked out of the VIP lounge and back over to Maia, and near Riana. He looked lost in thought... there was NO WAY that he was going to leave MOE and Maia, but some of the things Hellie did say made him homesick. However this pushed him into wanting to marry Maia quicker, so he could invite his family to the wedding.. ::

"Talk about blasts from the past.."

:: He sat down, and hugged Maia. ::
 
:: The young Siren closed her eyes, feeling totally in the moment as they embraced each other. It was suddenly pulled away when Hex went into the VIP lounge with a strange woman, whom she had never seen before. It was probably best that she didn't know. While he was gone, she walked over to Raina and smiled warmly ::

"Hey Raina! Congratualtions... I know you'll do the MoEs proud."

:: Pulling her into a tight hug, her eyes wandered the club. She pulled away, smiling once more ::

:: Maia walked back to the seating area, where she picked up her drink and took a long sip from her Mai Tai. She closed her eyes as she leaned back, shifting uncomfortably. She was itching to find out what was going on between Hex and that woman, but she knew she couldn't. Her eyes brightened slightly as he came out from the Lounge and hugged her ::

"What was that about?"

:: She looked up innocently at him, as her lips curled into a slight smirk ::
 
:: Hex looked down at the floor, avoiding eye contact with his girlfriend. He knew he would have to tell her, he just didnt know how. ::

"Someone from my past, my bigger sister... Hallie."

:: He looked up into Maia's eyes. Hex seemed a little distant. He wanted to know if Charlotte was ok, and the rest of his family. Hallie was the one sister he didnt get along with, and yet she was the one that turned up. Hex could of learned to like his older sister, but there was always a rivarly between them, maybe it was because they were so different but yet the same. ::

"She was talking about you.... about us. she had heard her little brother had fallen.. in love."

:: Hex stood up and shimmered to the jacuzzi room, and waved his hand, illusions of candles cushions etc formed, some of them were actually real, he had placed them there before. The oozing sound of running water and the hot bubbles made Hex smile, as he shimmered back to get Maia. ::

"Come with me, My dear lady."

:: He took Maia by the hand and led her to the jacuzzi room, where the candles flickered. It was the most romantic gesture Hex had ever done. soft music played in the background.. and Hex fell on one knee. ::

"Maia.. I know we havent been seeing eachother long, but my heart longs for you every second. I believe its my destiny to be so evil with the right woman... you make me complete... make me feel like the most powerful demon when Im with you. Maia, will you marry me?"
 
... His sister? Talking about me...?

:: Her heart ached a little... She could tell something was up from the avoiding eye contact. She didn't know what was going on. Once he said the word "love", her mind stopped and her heart regained itself again... She longed that he would say that word... But at the same time she was also very confused ::

"Love?... Baby. What are you talking about?"

:: Instantly, he disappeared, again leaving her speechless and confused. He reappeared before her, and walked Maia over to the jacuzzi room. The scenery took her breath away... It was the ONLY romantic gesture she had ever recieved ;). As he fell to one knee, her lips curled into a wide grin. A huge gasp escaped from her lungs, at the same time, she covered her mouth with her hands. She was truely speechless, feeling as though she wanted to cry, but she couldn't do that... She was an MOE for god'sakes. As he spoke, she looked at him ::

"Baby. Of course I will marry you...!"

:: She slowly kneeled down, leveling with him as she fought back her tears. Tears of joy. She cupped his face with her hands, and pulled him in for a long passionate kiss... ::
 
:: The couple kneeled on the floor kissing passionatly. Maia's kiss sent shockwaves up and down Hex's spine. Hex couldnt believe this was happening. He wouldnt of thought the siren he met a few months back would be his soulmate. Before he had met her Hex hadnt even believe in soulmates. ::

:: He pulled away from the kiss with a genuine smile on his face. He played with her lush hair and ran his hand up and down her thy. ::

"I have ordered you a ring, but it may take a while.. and I couldnt wait any longer, I wanted to shout from the rooftops that I am in love with the most beautiful siren..." He smiled "And the sex is good too" :: The mutant joked. ::

"I love you Maia, and I cant wait to be your husband. We'll prove everyone wrong that love can work, even when you spend your days killing petty humans and GOLs. We have a spark people dream of, and i dont intend of letting you go."

:: He kissed the siren once more, this time he arched Maia's back, and made her so she was lying down... he got up and locked the door, and well..... you can guess the rest ;) ::

:: Hex smiled as he lay next to Maia, buttoning his shirt. ::
 
"It's ok... I can wait. And I'm in love with the most handsome Mutant in the world..."

:: A soft chuckle escaped her lips as he arched her body. Her eyes trailed him as he locked the door. The straps of her dress fell off her shoulders as he returned... Fast Forward :D. Moments later, her body was huddled close to his, as she looked at her left hand, rubbing the finger where her ring would be ::

"I can't believe... I'm getting married."

:: She brang her hand up onto his chest, as she looked up at him ::
 
"Shall we go tell everyone?"

:: He said with a grin.. he couldnt help think of everyone outside thinking of elektra's departure. Maybe this was what MOE needed, a little bit of good news. ::

"It might help people with the loss of Paris."

:: He nodded slightly and fastened his belt up. He made sure he looked smart enough, and he styled his hair back. He looked in the mirror, and some of the candles dissapeared behind him. He then picked up a rose, and put it in his mouth, walking over towards Maia. He passed her the rose. ::

"For you, mi' lady."

:: He smirked and held her hand. ::

"Lead the way, we gotta tell everyone."
 
:: The air crackles with magnetic energy and a sudden, strong wind gusts. A bolt of lightning strikes the floor and the smoky outline of DG Hecate becomes visible. In seconds, the smoke has cleared, the wind and energy disappate and DG appears with her amethyst staff. ::

"Well, what have we here?"

:: DG stared at the young ones in distate and revulsion. ::

"You young children seem to have no manners these days. I could teach you some--"

:: DG was distracted momentarily. She had sensed an exchange of power and had come to investigate. She wanted to know if it has something to do with what was going on with Darkchilde. ::

"--But I really have other things to do. Ta."

:: Lightning nearly strikes the two as DG laughs ::

::The air again begins to crackle with energy and wind gusts. A bolt of lightning strikes DG directly and her form begins to disappear. Only her outline remains for one second and then it is gone, along with the energy and wind.::

:: DG moved into the main club. She knew what she was seeking, but not who...Suddenly, she found who she was looking for, though the person was not Darkchilde. ::

"Ah! Riana. So you're the new Dire Wraith. Congratulations."

:: DG smiled almost mockingly, her eyes growing ever colder. ::
 
:: Kurama looked up and saw the Dark Faerie known as DG Hecate, he sees her and a smile curls on his lips, he would like to meet this wild one. But alas she may be too snobby to notice someone like him, no matter how many jewlry items he is wearing (LOL!) ::

:: Slipping her slender body back into her dress, she looked into the mirror, combing her hair back with her fingertips. She licked her lips a couple of times before reapplying strawberry lipgloss to her lips. Maia grinned as her passed her the rose, and she carefully tucked it away behind her ear ::

"I agree... we need to livin' the place up again. We can't let ourselves down with tragic news."

:: As he took her hand, she looked over at him, planting another kiss onto his lips ::

"You don't know how happy I am right now..."

:: She opened the door, and walked down the fanning stairs with Hex alongside her. She scanned the room, looking for Sydney. She was anticipating on telling her best friend first ::
 
:: Hex walked with his fiancé next to him, his arm wrapped around her fine figure. He pulled her closer, kissing her neck, while whispering something dirty. ::

:: He moved his hand down and grabbed her butt and smirked like a cheeky school boy. Hex then looked around, he didnt know who to tell. ::

"Can you see sydney?"

:: He scanned the area. ::

"Or would you prefer telling someone else?"
 
:: Maia scrunched her nose, giggling softly as he grabbed her butt. She looked up at him, raising an eyebrow, returning a kiss to his neck. Her eyes wandered the club, endlessly looking for Sydney ::

"I want her to be the first to know..."

:: She sighed ::
