'Charmed' Reboot From 'Jane the Virgin' EP Moves Forward at The CW

Ummm...I'm not too sure about this. After all, they totally wrecked the Melrose Place reboot [in my own opinion] and though I enjoyed the 90210 reboot, I would've done a lot of things differently.

It sounds like they have a story about three witches that they are calling Charmed in hopes to gain a bigger audience from the fans of the original. I don't see how a show that doesn't "appear to be any clear connections to the characters portrayed by Alyssa Milano, Shannen Doherty, Holly Marie Combs and Rose McGowan" could be called a reboot.
