<< raising her glass of Hemlock, Karen heard her daughter's words and looked among the beautifull table at each member, even Haleigh. It was coming on two years now that she'd known and interacted with these young people, and while the roster had changed, the purpose remained the same.>>
<< they had been through alot together and Karen had learned a great deal about TOLERANCE as well as extending compassion.>>
<< she was thankfull that everyone who was here at this moment had made it this far. even Haleigh, though the woman was infuriating, during the silver swan caper Karen had seen the core of Haleigh's being and glimpses to her past. she wasnt ALL bad, was she? the past members of the six, allies, but here and gone, ororo...it was a lovely toast.>>
cheers!
<< she said as she took a drink of the mystical tonic...>>
my....this is about the smoothest tasting Hemlock i've tried!
<< surprsingly she spoke on it before Alison, who was KNOWN for being more than a little "addicted" to Hemlock

>>
<< Just as Morgan asked about Pandora, the young woman appeared.>>
Pandora, what a lovely surprise. It's good to see you again.
<< even though in physical appearence, Pandora could be young enough to be Karen's daughter, the woman was extremely long lived. well older than Karen, than anyone in the room except perhaps Persephone. she looked as beautifull and radiant as she had ever been portrayed in books and artwork.>>
<< as Nicolas and Mike stood up out of respect and Mike reacted to seeing another living piece of mythology. Karen smiled a bit, much like a mother watching a child being exciting over a new discovery. He handled the many strange, bizarre aspects of being associated with the six with a surprisingly well adjusted attitude.>>
<< Pandora was seated next to Persephone and asked them how they were adjusting. Karen looked at the woman, remembering how she looked the night that Alycia and Karen had come to rescue her from the DUNGEONS of Aerie.>>
well, i dont think i ever imagined that i would end up LIVING here, but of all the places to go...this is definately a top pick. it's a lovely island and the history of it all is just fascinating. though i confess, i feel like i'm still "just visiting" more often than not right now.
<< at the mention of Circe.>>
the rotunda, her show place....even though it was designed by her, she had excellent taste. neither morgan nor i want to change any of it...it would be like changing history itself.
and how are you? It's been several months now since Alison joined you at Minerva's...
