The Secret Garden: Full Combat Training Session

:: He rolls over on the floor, holding his stomach. He then gets up, trying to breathe, as he does so he holds out his hand and makes the scenery around her goes quicker and quicker, but also making Gwen feel more tired. ::

With his fighting experience, he instinctively put up a shield right away as he fell back, only to find it extreemly useful when his Trident got pushed back, following on with Riana's barrage of kicks. This spell will cause any water projected attack to split into two. The water will miss the caster and two water attacks will be thrown back at the origional water invoker.

::Seeing the water split into two and flying back at Riana, Devon took the chance and swung out his mace, projecting the spikes as it flew out. The spikes's natural magick allowerd it to be aiming towards Riana's neck now. As the water and spikes edged towards Riana, Devon hurriedly recovered himself back into position, and prepared to teleport::

:: Seeing the spikes come at her Riana smirked, suddenly a second Riana appeared behind Devon stabbing him in the back with her athame, while the real Riana waved her hand using TK she made the spikes turn around and fly back at him at high speed ::

"That all you got hun?"

:: Suddenly the clone dissapeared and the Real Riana stood before Devon picking him up by his neck she squeezed his airpipe shut making it imposible to breath ::

"Now.... let's see you like sharp things don't you.."

:: Pushing her nails into his skin she draw blood while her athame was still in his backside it's heat searing his skin (this being a dragon athame), lifting him even higher she looked him in the eyes before throwing him a few feet away making him hit some sharp rocks ::

:: When Gwendolyn gets tackled on the floor, she hasnt almoust tutched the floor and she sends a wind punch. The sai falls from Hex hand and a half inch in the shoulder. Gwen screams in pain but she puts out the sai and looks at her cut. It wasnt that mad. It hurted but she could fight. Gwendolyn then thinks that Hex could help her. She conestrates and she makes a really powerful emotion control at Hex ::

You feel like you should heal me... You feel that really really strong

:: Gwen then makes a fake voice and says ::

"Hex... Please heal me... Please.."
 
"And how the hell am I meant to do that?"

:: He said, calling for his Sai. It appeared in his hand in a draft of black smoke. He rolled his eyes and tended to Gwen's wound, but he couldnt heal it. ::

:: As the magic hadnt worked 100% he headbutted Gwen in the nose with all his might. ::
 
"A spell... Something... Please..."

:: when Hex is about to headbutt her nose Gwen uses superspeed and moves her head to the left so that Hex would go into the shoulder and he would get hurt because Gwen is kinda thin and her shoulder bone is easy to feel ::
 
:: flames back in, looking around ::

"Okay, you know what Xavia, this is getting boring, so come out of hiding and let's have a straight forward decent training"

:: looks around, readying himself for her next move ::
 
:: His reflexes stop him from headbutting Gwen.. the magic wore off now and he felt no desire to heal Gwen at all, instead he conjured 2 spikes, he started to make them rise with Telekinesis and he then flung them at her. ::

"Feel the wrath of Hex, Gwen."

:: He smirked in delight. ::

:: Gwen sends a big wind punch at Hex things that he sent at her and then they change direction back at Hex ::

"Not much of a wrath now is it?"

cast this spell and strike your enemy with the pain and sickness of Vertigo....it warps their balance, vision and smites them with severe nausea and headache...making them so sick and dizzy that they will come to beg for the comfort of death. Level 2- 2 posts.....level 3- 3 posts.....level 4 and up -4 posts
 
:: Hex falls to the floor, feeling increasingly ill. His stomach felt heavy and he wanted to be sick, he puked up on the floor and held his head in pain ::

"How.." :: He pukes one more time.. :: "Can you do this to me?"

:: He then sends Gwen away from him, far away... around a mile away.... powered up with his time talisman.... He is then sick once more. ::
 
OOC: Rayden.. once you are in a thread you can't flame out and in again.. once you do that means you're leaving and you can't re-enter the thread agian... please edit.

:: Rayden watches her take a defensive position, his eyes looking at her, without blinking. They turn pitch black, and begins to run at her, a large grin upon his face. As he nears Xavia he shoots 3 fire balls at her, immediately taking out his katana, hopping the fire balls would have her attention, and slashes her right leg and arm several times. He stops 10 meters away from her, turning around slowly to face her ::

"Ouch, is the word I believe"

:: he quickly runs at her, before she has time to react, placing his katana back in its holster, and places his hands on her cuts, using his control over fire, to burn her wounds ::

Riana, just to clarify.......your correct...a person CANT "exit" the training session with their movement power...BUT they can "move around the thread" using their movement power......

for example: "blinks out of the spot where she stood to avoid the energy ball and moments later, blinks IN standing behind her foe"

you just have to make sure your explaining that your "moving" around within the thread.


but either way, its time to STOP everyone. BATTLE OVER. I will announce the critique and give out the rewards either later tonight OR tommorow :)

Awww, hehe, it's okay luv ! Everyone has those, so yeah, fairly understanble, I've been moving everything to the new house all day, I am sooooo tired, lol.

Critique

my apologies to you all...........this past weekend was a true nightmare for me in so many ways, i simply didnt have sufficient time to review this training session like i should.

you ALL did a very good job: being punctual and giving your best effort.

Riana- i can tell your still getting used to your new range of powers....your character appears to be delicate but she prooves in combat that she is tougher than she looks. thats what a like about her. make sure that you continue to get more focused and precise with your PHYSICAL attacks because they are still a bit too generalized for my liking. a person in AHBL who is an adept physical fighter could easily out power your and force you to rely or magick or powers....and we dont want to be forced into relying on ANYTHING.........we pride ourselves on being strong, diversely skilled fighters.

Epiphany- a strong showing........a little too much second guessing at the beginning but i think you got into the groove after the first page or two. your character is very fast...and very "in your face" ....but i want you to start becoming more BRUTAL....using your magick/powers and phyiscal attacks to create combos that overwhelm your foe and leave them nearly unable to battle.........youve got the potential......just become more bold with it.


Gwendolyn-- your becoming more creative and diverse........handling yourself in battle and learning how to get out of tight situations. make sure that you learn all the powers that you have at this level as a dark faerie and an MoE and start using them ALL ...dont rely on one power or spell too much....otherwise you will lose your edge as a fighter and no foe will respect you.

Witchblade- not a woman of many words...........you always take the unexpected approach in battles.......you dont hold back either...you wade in and go blow for blow with your foe. your use of the darkhold is definately mastered.....id just like to see you using your level 3 MoE powers more effectively.

Rayden-- glad to have you back with us........and you gave a good showing..........you have a "bad boy" image that shows in your battles and you like to add insult to injury. I look forward to seeing more of you in action but you did very well here :)

Blacklight-- you faced a new Dire Wraith and held your own......the odds were NOT in your favor and i could see you had a hard time.......BUT if you had read Riana's attacks more carefully, you wouldve seen some obvious flaws and opportunities. there will be other chances for you to become more devious in your tactics....but for bravely facing her AND not being easily out done by Riana.........i applaud you. your skills are solid and your character is definately a strong male presence.....much like Epiphany and Rayden. well done.

ALL of you will receive 1600 gil (an extra 100 for the delay). Blacklight and Rayden are elligible for any BONUS enchantment of their choice.
