Suggestions and Ideas

I don't know if this has been suggested yet, or whether there's a talisman like this already (I didn't see one, but sometimes the ol' ADD likes to mess with my eyes) but what about a weather talisman? A talisman to control the weather. Like at Level one you get wind; level two--rain; level three--snow; level four--tornadoes; etc...

Again if there's already something like this...whoops!
 
Here is a suggestion on a race: I dont know if you like it but.. I didnt know how many levels to do so I made 6....

Birds of Prey - -
They are evil, arrogant, cant be trusted, prideful and can easy mess with your head. They can come with quick comments on everthing and they are smooth in battle and an easily out smart their enemies by reading their minds. High level "Birds" are powerful and own a control over wind or earth.

Level 1: Excetended physical movement (such as jumping between roof tops and can jump out of a window and land on their feet) and Hypnozie
Level 2: Mind Control
Level 3: Super sences (all 5 of them are highed up by 90%) / Mind reading (can also be used as you hear the opponents next attack)
Level 4: Fireballs / Lazor Eyes
Level 5: Phrasing / Healing / Cloning
Level 6: Aeorknesis and Terraknesis
